"Had a terrible interaction with an unscrupulous company. During a 4-tire replacement, our wheel bearing was damaged. We returned the care based on a noise from the broken wheel but despite two separate attempts, were told that this was just our imagination and that we should continue driving (and that they were not intending to do anything). On the second visit, the manager told me an inappropriate and offensive story about his nephew, which clearly was intended to ensure I would not return - which I did not. We went to the dealership, which diagnosed the problem and informed us of how dangerous it would have been to continue driving the vehicle. "
