The are excellent at communication with the customer on what is wrong with the vehicle, what should be repaired and coming up with a plan if you are in the process of getting rid of the vehicle that will make the vehicle safe to drive, but save money from doing the typical repairs. I have used the Auto Tire that is located closer to my house and there is no comparison when it comes to personal service and knowledge to correctly diagnose the vehicle issues the first time around."

"When I went to put new brake pads on the front of my van, most of the lug nuts were damaged. I had to drive the lug nut wrench onto them to get them loose, and then with a bar entender on my lug nut wrench. I took the damaged lug nuts into the dealer. Their answer was that it was a defect of Dodges. The last three times the lug nuts were removed and reinstalled were at the AutoTire dealer. I told them this and they again blew me off stating it was a Dodge problem. When I stated that I was fortunate that I was at home with the tools to remove the lug nuts, again they stated it was a Dodge problem. At least I should have been told how damaged they were. The lug nuts should never have been reinstalled on my van. They would not reimburse me for the lug nuts but did not charge me for the oil change. What if I had a flat on a road without the tools I had at home, what would I have done there? Never should any damaged lug nuts be reinstalled on any vehicle!"

"It is always "A great day at Auto Tire" to call and be greeted by a cheerful team. We all know getting our vehicles fixed can be a pricey thing to do so it's not always the most fun thing to do when calling for repair information. I have been a customer with Auto Tire for over 5 years and wouldn't go anywhere else. I did use a competitor's service once, and let's just say is was far less then mediocre and I have vowed never to return there and will always use Auto Tire, especially with the team at Baptist Church Road. "I have been to Auto Tire 3 times now for my tire rotation/oil changes because the prices cannot be beat. The last visit I had, I opted to have my windshield wiper blades replaced. About a week later, I noticed I had the same windshield wipers as I previously did. I called the store and set up an appointment to come back in. The manager of the Overland location was amazing and replaced them on the spot for me as well as offered me a free oil change to apologize for their mistake. I will definitely be returning to this location because of the manager salvaging the situation."

"Initially I was so extremely pleased with Auto Tire. They were professional, courteous and competent. This was 3-4 moths ago the best that I can remember. I have not seen these particular since. Now I cannot get the courtesy of a return phone call for a "ballpark" estimate after almost a week. The person failed to keep his word and was unhelpful at best; rude and arrogant at worst. I no longer feel safe having them work on my car. If only I knew the names of the first set of staff I met. I do not, unfortunately. The other "different" workers seem more apathetic and do not care about your problems."
