Oct 18/12 - replied that I do not want a Navtool as it is more expensive with less features
Oct 18/12 - received reply stating my order was on hold for customs and back ordered offered me the Navtool at a lower price
Oct 19/12 - replied telling them I didn't want the Navtool and would appreciate communication on my order status
Oct 29/12 - emailed asking for an update as my account on their website still shows "Processing"
Oct 29/12 - received reply saying the Lockpick is still back ordered, but they could ship me a Navtool instead
Oct 29/12 - replied saying no again to the Navtool and told them if they do not have a date when my order will ship to cancel it.
Oct 31/12 - still haven't received a response, but have since found 2 other vendors who have the Lockpick in stock"

"I was searching for an aux adapter for my 04 TSX. Decided on the GROM USB2P-HON1. Was directed to Autotoys when searching for install videos. Was a little tough to find but did, and it was all i needed to know. Shipping was free, got to me quick, and the price was 10 bucks less than the Grom website so i figure i saved about 20 bucks. Install was easy and it works like a charm."

"I just ordered a full set of gear from these guys. My initial interest was due to their "customer" videos. I got a JVC navigation head unit, backup camera, satellite radio and a few other pieces to complete my order. I'll say that the 6 items I ordered came out to be just about as much as I would have paid for the radio itself at crutchfield (don't get me wrong, I love crutchfield for their support).

I annoyed these guys quite a lot in terms of pre sales questions. All were answered via their support system the same day and always within a couple hours at most. Always helpful in terms of the advice they offered.

My order was shipped in 3 different boxes with 3 different carriers. This was a little strange but they do say this can happen on the site so I wasn't surprised. Either way, the boxes all came in a timely fashion and I got all 3 tracking numbers so I could monitor them.

Given that the parts were separated over 3 packages, I found out my backup camera was back ordered. I inquired about my options. I picked a replacement which was actually a tad bit more money which they covered and shipped out.

All the stuff is installed and working, the autotoys videos were very handy in seeing how it was installed and where to run wires. The support was great, they were great on forum answers, even on weekends. And they answered any questions I put in the comment sections of the videos on youtube as well. A+ for these guys! And I really can't give them any negatives. I will definitely be ordering more stuff from them. Probably for my father now as well since he picked up the stereo upgrade bug from me now.

"The product they shipped me WAS DIFFERENT THAN WHAT I ORDERED. The description on their website NO LONGER MATCHED the description in the owner's manual of the product that was actually shipped to me. On their website, my vehicle was listed as fully compatible, BUT NOT SO WITH THE ACTUAL PRODUCT THAT WAS SHIPPED. When asked if they would exchange or refund my order, I was just told that I was wrong and that the products are the same.

UPDATE: After posting this review, I was contacted by Autotoys saying they will offer me a refund and free return shipping if the product they sent me does not work. That I appreciate. However, that still doesn't change the fact that I was not notified that I would receive a different product than what I ordered. The new product has known compatibility issues with my vehicle, which was not shown on the product listing of the product I ordered. I will not be purchasing from this company again since I don't have confidence I will receive the product I ordered. "

I was going to return the product as even after I received the installation video, i could not determine how to install it. I am very disappointed with the restocking fee charged by the vendor - 25% is simply excessive. I would NOT recommend buying from this vendor because of their lack of responsiveness in sending me the video ( they claimed that it was due to YouTube delay, but i bought this frm autotoys.com so I really dont care.)
