"Ouch. The web layout is reminicient of someone on ADHD with too much time on their hands. It was nearly impossible to identify how to achieve free shipping. When I purposefully increased the amount of my order by splurging on a radar detector I really don't need (MY fault) so that I could meet the criteria for free shipping, I noticed that the free shipping was across the board--no matter what type of shipping I chose, the amount was zero. Pretty cool, you say? Not so much. Apparently even though the system allowed it, I picked the wrong shipping, so mine was sent via USPS (the LONGEST wait in terms of shipping, according to them--thanks for that). So to find this out, I emailed their customer service and received a snotty reply only fitting for someone living in New Jersey I suppose. I thought, okay, this isn't a website for arts and crafts, fair enough, I can deal with a jerk. I didn't email back until I only received one of my items. I'd been using their tracking number for nearly a week and had never been notified that the other two items in my order were being shipped from another location. I discovered this by emailing as well. Again, short, somewhat rude answer. NO offer to help. I had to email AGAIN asking for another tracking number. It says ON THEIR SITE to track my shipment(s). My response when requesting this second tracking number was that it was likely already in transit and that they wouldn't be able to provide this number. The first of my three products arrived and was in good condition. I can't say I know how the other two will arrive but I certainly will not be doing business with this company in the future. In a day and age where this type of feedback is so easy to provide, these businesses had better outsource their customer service. Or, otherwise, hang a shingle in NJ and get off the internet."

What surprises me is the cavalier attitude of this seller after taking the customer's money.
Apparently I called UPS Customer service with the tracking # that I got after 3-5 emails. They explained to me that this seller's shipping process is a SCAM and they said that the shipping labels created by that seller were dummy and they have received multiple complaints in the past.
I tried to research / analyse - why he might want to do that.
Because he creates a dummy Shipping label for the orders ... that shipping label can be created by anyone who has an UPS account. The reason he does that is because he does not have the items in stock. He then orders it from a different seller. In the mean time he gives an impression that he is processing the order.
Even a Baby knows that it does not take 5 days to sit on an order and let is say "IN PROCESS"
Grow up Man....You seem to be running your shop like a 2 yr old.

The seller seems to be giving false information. Also their ordering seems a little shady.
until 2 hours earlier he didnt provide a shipping tracking #
But he said the package was in transit.
Now 30 mins ago a tracking # was added to the order.
UPS tracking label indicates, it is scheduled for delivery by end of today.
Now of out of the blue the seller says.. he intercepted the shipment and cancelled it.... Even a child knows you cannot intercept and cancel a package that is out of delivery by the end of the day.
All he says is a bunch of lies. Very Unprofessional.. Not worth your money...and time.... Shady business.

Although I read several reviews (good and bad), I placed the order last week.
I have to say that I"ve never seen such a rude customer service. The checkout offered free shipping and it let me pick a 3day UPS shipping. However the status of the order did not change for several days and I emailed them.
An email response from them stated that I was not supposed to choose 3 day shipping since Free shipping was ground. So they just put in on hold.
My question - Your systems let the customer pick the shipping options and also took the free shipping coupons. How do you blame the customer for that.
Secondly, if you notice that the shipping option on the order is not valid, why dont you switch it to the Ground shipping (which you claim is free) and send the order.
Its been more than a week since I inquired about the order and I have not received any clear response. All they say is Its in TRANSIT... you should receive it soon.... but they dont give any tracking #.
Even the tone in their email response is rude.
