I ordered a specific hard drive and 2 cooling fans on January 1st, due to good price and great reviews. I got a call the next day from them informing me the HD was no longer available from the manufacturer, and offered similar drives. Since I needed this specific drive, I preferred to cancel whole order. The (very polite) sales rep cancelled the rest of the order without protest, and offered to stay on the phone with me until I received the cancellation confirmation! Big points for customer service.
