"I've been doing business exclusively with AxionTech for over seven years. since AxionTech was purchased by it's new owners the quality of service has decreased to the point where I am considering other options. I purchase components for personal use, a sidework business and my position as a Sr. PC Support Specialist for an international company.
This most recent experience was particularely frustrating as shipment of my purchase was delayed due to what I see as burocratic red tape. All shipments of items I have purchased over the last seven years have shipped to my work address as I do not want UPS or Fed Ex packages left at my front door. I palced the order over a weekend. On Monday after that weekend I received no fewer than three phone contacts indicating there was a problem with my order. At the end of each of these phone contacts I was assured by the AxionTech representative that my shipment would not be delayed. On Tuesday evening I found an e-mail from AxionTech requesting I contact customer service for the same issue I had been assured three times the day before had been resolved. This e-mail also indicated that my shipment had not shipped. I replied to the e-mail indicating that I wanted the order cancelled if it can not be delivered by Friday 8/11/06. it was this e-mail that finally got some attention. I received a call from AxionTech requesting confirmation of information. The caller, an AxionTech Customer Service Rep indicated he was authorized to ship 2nd day air to get my order to me in time. I provided the confirmation of information for the fourth or was it fifth time (I'd lost count!) and approved the shipment of the order via 2nd day air. The item did arrive as promissed on Friday but the effort to get it there was exceedingly painful."

"I placed my order on 05/11 and apparently my credit card was declined. I say "apparently" because AxionTech didn't bother contacting me. Finally, six days later, I'm attempting to check my order status and see that the transaction never went through, no one bothered to call me, and they didn't seem to want my money.
So I called to talk to Customer "service". Her solution was to still charge me for shipping and then ship it 3 day... so I still won't get it for another 5 days.

"I ordered a wireless keyboard from AxionTech after finding the price on pricewatch.com... the price of the item was good, although pricewatch listed one price for shipping, and the reseller listed TWO DIFFERENT prices on their site for shipping. This is a bit misleading but the difference wasn't terrible. They got the product out the door very quickly, and I have had no issues so far with the entire process"
