"Sorry I didn't see this site before I ordered a Cobra 5 wood about 4 weeks ago. He said he would get it in 4 days and all emails were responded to by saying it will be here "next week". Very abrupt. No explanation. I just cancelled the order. Fortunately I put it on AMEX so if I see any charges they will be disputed. I do a lot of business on the Web and thought I smelled a fish. This website confirmed it. Thanks."
"Six weeks to get a pair of shoes!!! I finally received my order six weeks after the fact. He quickly took my money and did not send me the tracking number. I emailed him requesting it and heard nothing. I tried two weeks later and finally he just told me that it was being shipped on Friday. Don't use this seller, spend the extra money and go order it from somewhere else because it just isn't worth the hassle from this guy. "
"The reviews I have just read to precede mine all echo the infuriating service I too have (and continue) to experience.
The lies, the "F" words, the delays, and every negative thought you could possibly imagine would accurately describe this money grabbing idiot. He should be barred from trading.
Such is my distress, that I am poised to take legal action.

If your experience with BHM Golf is anything like mine, then I expect you will feel that this company should be investigated and prevented from trading.
Further, you may wish to also contact the manufacturers of the goods you have ordered to similarly express your discontent. Others who may take a dim view of BHM Golf may include:

"I certainly wish I had read these ratings before I ordered from him. I placed an order March 22, 2004, and was told he would ship my item in the next week from his store. After not having the item in 2 weeks, I emailed him and was told it's on back order and would have to be shipped from the factory, and would be shipped April 12. Well, never received. I write him back, then I am told April 19. Turns out the factory shipped them directly to him (don't know who's fault this is). I called him, told him they were shipped directly to him, and he told me he would ship them right out. 2 days later, he shipped them. When I emailed him for a tracking number, he didn't respond. I emailed him 2 more times for the tracking number, finally got a response that he shipped them but he could not get me a tracking number because his computer could not do two things at once. I emailed him once again that I would contact paypal if I didn't receive my clubs; he then called me, started off by yelling at me, swearing at me, non-stop usage of the "F" word. Accused me of harassing him, sending him 50 emails, etc.... He lied to me and said I told him to send my clubs to an address that didn't exist; lied and told me my clubs were delivered and signed for when they weren't; this guy is a total liar. I finally received the clubs,and of course they were the wrong shaft. I contacted MacGregor, they know all about him, and offered to re-shaft my clubs for me. The customer service rep. at MacGregor was VERY helpful and willing to do what it took to make me happy. He said what I told him about Brian did not surprise him at all."
