"VERY DISAPPOINTED W/ THE BHM GOLF. I TOO WAS TOLD THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED AND IT HAD NOT BEEN SENT 3 WEEKS AFTER I ORDERED IT. TOLD THEM I WANTED A REFUND AND BRIAN WAS VERY RUDE TO BOTH MY HUSBAND AND MYSELF. I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THEM. THEY SHOULD ACTUALLY BE SHUT DOWN AS I FEEL THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT WEB STORE. "This is the worst experience I have had in online purchases. The service is the bad. It has been four weeks since I placed an order and I get no information on the purchase, emails are not returned, and phone calls are not returned. Read the ratings on this store, I wish I had Googled them before I placed my order. These are unprofessional people that do not deserve your business. "

"I called BMHGolf since they did not publish the price of the club I was trying to get a price for. I was given a good price, but was still a alittle more than what I could afford. A lower price was then offered, but only if I would buy right then. Since I had not checked the rating, I did not want to do that. When I said I would probably call back next week, the conversation became strained. The price went up to full price and we hung up after deciding we didn;t want to do business with each other. I would not consider buying from a compny that uses sales tactics like this. Either tell me what the price is and stick to it today, tomorrow, and the next day. I also can not recommend anyone else using this company."

"another bad experience to report. had a bad feeling when i put in my phone order. asked for an email invoice...asked again a few days later...finally got one showing paid for only one of the two clubs i ordered...the tracking number he gave me showed my address but going to taiwan?! he assured me all was ok...charged my c. card for 2 clubs on the day i ordered...i kept trying to get updated tracking to no avail...then on 3/3 said he sent them and would email tracking info...never happened and does not respond now...finally called credit card co. and filed a complaint. what a mess and waste of time."

"Shopping at BHM Golf on-line has been the worst experience I've ever had with on-line shopping. Don't be fooled by the free shipping over $75. Most likely it will take a very long time before you get your order. I ordered on Jan 31st and as of Feb 13th, I'm still waiting and they failed to tell me that it's on 4 months backorder. The one customer rep they have could care less and you might as well talk to a wall. I've never spoken to anyone so unhelpful and inconsiderate. His responses are at best a bunch of "uh-huhs", very professional as you can see.
The 2nd time we spoke, he was supposed to get back to me the same day and never did. I tried calling back to the voicemail. I left 2 more messages, we'll see what happens. I just want to cancel altogether.
Warning: Do Not Buy from BHM Golf.

"After shopping around and comparing, I ordered a set of Mizuno MX-23 from BHMGolf, after speaking with Brian. We had a pleasant conversation, although he did ramble a bit. I was just surprised he gave me such a good price, compared to what I'd seen. After I placed my order, I did not get an order number, and started to worry. I did some research, found this site, and just about got sick to my stomach with some of the reviews I read. I was really scared that I got scammed. Anyway, I established a 'not pushy' approach with Brian via email, touching base time to time, and just hung in there. Low and behold, he came through. I must admit I did contact Mizuno directly to determine if the order was placed, which in fact was, exactly to my specs. Clubs arrived yesterday (Feb. 3), and I am extremely satisfied, albeit relieved. He even gave me a nice Mizuno thermo shirt, no charge. I never received a tracking number (more worry), even though he said I'd receive one via email. Anyway, perhaps I dodged a bullet, but I guess you just need to ease up on the guy, and have a little faith. He's a little 'out there' sometimes, but he did come through for me. I guess you just can't tick him off, and that's the approach I took. Reading the other reviews, and after talking with Mizuno, it could be 50-50 with him. Hope it works out for you as it did for me. Good luck."

"BHM is a company that should not be in business. Don't waste your time and order anything from them. My wife ordered me a Foot Joy rainsuit from them for Christmas. Brian said it shipped, then after the holidays said we should have it any day. By the second week in January he indicated that it wasn't available, even though other stores could get it for me. Of course he charged my account the day my wife placed the order and continually indicated that he would refund the money. He hasn't refunded the money and now a claim has been filed with VISA. Brian is a crook. Read the other reviews."

"I had ordered a driver and a set of irons from this guy in the past and everything was fine. Than, I ordered a custom set of Titleist 704.cb's from this guy last spring. He said it would take a few weeks, after a few weeks I started calling him. He said they were on their way to him from titleist, then said they just arrived, then he said they had shipped out to me. This went on for about 8-10 weeks and I never received them. I called to ask him for the tracking number as he gave me a date in which they would arrive, and he started yelling and calling me a liar saying he never said he had shipped them. Luckily I paid with my credit card and was given a full refund through them. Lastly, I contacted Titleist about this and they replied that BHM no longer had an account with them and did not when my order was placed. He is a thief and a lunatic. "

"Seller shipped me the wrong product and accused me of ordering the wrong specification eventhough our exchange of emails clearly stated what i wanted. His email replies are always in bold letter that implies yelling. I called him to clarify things and he yelled at me. I offered to ship it back for the proper driver but he wouldn't take it back (all within the first few days) nor refund me the money. I was stuck with a wrong driver.

I dont have the invoice number because this transaction happened 3 years ago. I tried to contact BBB and local police but no one was able to help me. This is the only opportunity for me to share my horrible experience with others.

NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

"WARNING!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH BHM GOLF!!!

I was threatened, and harassed by them.

I placed an order with BHM and selected "contact us" as the payment option. I called to follow up and was rudely told to call back in 30 minutes. After the poor treatment and seeing so many unfavorable reviews online, I cancelled my order via email. About 40 minutes later, I recieved a call from BHM asking me to pay, to which I replied "I'd like to cancel my order." The guy who called me asked me why, and when I declined to provide with him a reason, he continuted to forcefully ask "why!?" I wished him a merry christmas and hung up. He called me back and told me he made an extra effort to ship the order out quickly. I asked him why he would ship an order without recieving any payment, and he told me the goods were shipped COD. I told him, "sorry, but I didn't specify COD as the payment method, and I don't want to do business with you."

From there he went off the deep end cursing at me, so I hung up the phone. He continued to call my home over the course of 15 minutes, cursing me out and threatening to harass me and the recipient at the shipping address I specified in my order.

This guy is a nutcase! Please do yourself a favor and stay away from BHM Golf.
