"DO NOT BUY! Rude, hateful, argumentative! Ordered 12/12 and called 12/20 and turns out item was on backorder and never notified me whatsoever!! Now he will not process my refund until after the holidays - Item not in stock, should not be listed on the website for sale!!!!!!!!!! I will be contacting SOMEONE to get this resolved. I repeat, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is not worth the hassle! I just hope I get my money back.
UPDATE - I did get my money back after being told by Brian that it would not be until after the holidays THEN through an email saying it would be "today" - I filed a complaint with paypal to which he followed up a few days later saying that I was "rude, made idle threats and should not be allowed to have a credit card". I didnt even PAY with a CREDIT CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!! I love the idle threats part - this guy has got serious mental issues. I just cannot possibly believe anyone has had a good experience with him."

"Same as others...despite cliam on website that card would not be charged if item was not going to ship within 10 days, card was charged immediately. Called Brian by phone, was told item would ship 7/27 from manufactuer. Email from bhm also said 7/27 ship date. Called manufactuer to ask about expedited shipping, and was told they were NOT shipping, and in fact did not have parts to assemble the club for at least another week.
At least the manufactuer KNEW of my order. Then it got worse...after another week passed, I called the mfr again, and was told they would not ship until late September...almost 8 weeks after order. I wrote(email) BHM and told them to cancel the order, with all of the reasons why. I got a series of confused replys, ranging from "it will ship next week" to "return the club" (what club?" to I'll give you special pricing..." what a nut bag! I had AMEX dispute the charge to my card, and get this - BHM keeps re-charging my card! Bad news people - stay away from this freak."

"I agree with all the other complaints. I can't believe PayPal still lists them as a certified business. Incredibly rude, no merchandise, I was actually told the items have been shipped, but there was no tracking number. I can't believe with the number of complaints filed this business is still operating. I have filed complaints with PayPal, my bank, FTC, BBB of Chicago, PGA, and every manufacturer BHM lists on their website. My goal is to close the business up tight."
"Like everyone else who reviewed this store, I wish I had seen this earlier. I ordered a product from this company's web site that stated 1-2 weeks for delivery. After one week, I received an email stating that they were going to receive the item ordered from the manufacturer within two weeks and then would ship to me. I responded to the email stating that I wanted the amount credited back to my account since I would not be receiving the item for upwards of three weeks - one month and no product was recieved or sent to me. The day after I sent this email I received a call for a rep by the name of Joe who stated that the item had shipped the day before he had sent me the email and could not be refunded or returned with out my paying $40 shipping and a 3% restocking fee. I explained that I wanted to cancel the order based on what his email said (sent the day after it was "supposedly" shipped). After a 15 min. conversation with him swearing at me and telling me he knows where I live and work and that "what goes around, might come back around" He asked me to stop calling BHM Golf. However, he was the one who called me. I had never called him once. He hung up. About 2 min. later he called back to continue verbally abusing me and told me that I win and I could "keep the bag for free." I stated that I had already ordered elsewhere and that if I received it, I would sent it back to him immediately because I didn't want his merchandise. When I hung up after the second call, he called back twice more blocking his number and hanging up when I answered. Unfortunatley, he does not know that the phone companies have ways around his call blocking to trace calls. The number was traced and I will be filing a report with my local police. Aside from the two threatening phone calls, two call hang-ups, 5 angry emails (to me)and a police report, this has unquestionably been the most horrific act of consumer abuse I had personally heard of until I read these reviews. I would bet that a response will be made to this statement saying he has no idea what I'm talking about or why I would be upset. Well, I believe the other 20 or so statement that basically outline my statement are proof enough. I would suggest not dealing with this coompany in ANY way. If you are reading this because the same thing happened to you, please contact the better business bureau and the PGA of America to let them know what type of PGA representatives they are backing in the golf business. It's a shame that I had to contact police because I simply wanted to cancell an order that had not even been shipped to me yet. Good luck to all that deal with these people. "
"Do not buy from this Vendor,
I live in Canada and wanted to buy golf clubs for my Brother who lives in Las Vegas. Unfortunately my papal account was in the process of being confirmed, so I can purchase the clubs and send them to a location other than my the billing location (this would take 5 days).
Brian (BHM Representative) said that these were his last set of Tommy Armour clubs and wanted me to give him my credit card number over the phone. I told him that I would rather wait to use paypal. He then began verbally abusing me, making rude comments about Canadians, and threats. I told him I no longer wished his services and ended the phone call.
Brian called me back within seconds to continue to verbally assault me. I wished him luck with his business and ended the call again.
Brian called me a third time, trying to make ammends for his words and actions, almost begging me to buy these golf clubs. I accepted his appology, but refused to buy his golf clubs.
This vendor should not be allowed to sell merchandise. He is abusive, rude, and irresponsible. "
"I've read these review and DO NOT agree with them. This is my second order with this company and so far everything as been above my expectations and the service that I received has been better than the service you get these days from real world stores. "
"Don't order from this seller!!! I'm one of the lucky ones! I ordered a Nike Tour Golf Bag on 3rd November 2004 and basically got a couple of delaying e-mails (only with me prompting)saying it would be in shortly - this after telling me it was in stock! and then no response to mails or telephone messages! This guys a fraud and I believe just hopes you'll give up in the end - DON'T - the more he gets away with it the more victims there'll be. I live in England so am obviously at a distance disdvantage which he may have played on. I asked for a refund after 6 weeks, still with no reply - then Paypal (used for transaction)contacted him and he refunded straightaway, but only since it might have affected his rating or payment services. Pls complain to whoever you can including the FTC as advised by other reviewer and let all your playing partners know. He should be shut down and gives buying from the States a bad name!!

"I can't get ANY information. He's promised over and over again that the shoes shipped, he told me for certain that they would be here by Christmas. He really doesn't care! I don't think this complaint site has much of an effect on him at all because he keeps treating every customer the same way.
I have been all over this guy everyday and YES he's the most rude vendor I've EVER encountered. He's actually hung up on me too. He just emailed me and told me that he'd have an answer tomorrow. Yeah right! He's just trying to buy more time. Obviously they have not shipped because he'd have nothing to hide and would give customers their tracking number (which I asked for right off the bat)immediately. I don't believe he ever ordered the shoes from Nike.
He's a fraud. I'll be visiting my bank tomorrow moring.

"I wish i would have seen this site before i ordered a pair of shoes. It took me over a month to get the shoes and that was after constant calls. Then he sends me the wrong shoes. I continue to try to call to get a refund and he continually hangs up at the sound of my voice, i have called many times. This guy is an absolute crook. " On Sept 30 2004 ordered a set of clubs and was promised a 2-3 delivery from the qwner Brian. He billed my credit card on that day. When I checked it wasn't shipped as prommised. Since I was leaving for vacation in Florida I asked him to ship it there so I ould use them,he agiain promised 2-3 day delivery. I called several times to follow up since they still were not shipped. and Brian was annoyed as if I was bothering him. A week went by still no clubs for use on my vacation. I called again shocked to learn it still wasn't shipped. I cancelled the order directly with him at that time. He bacame very indignant and insulting.
No credit was issued to my credit card. so i had to dispute this charge with the company.
Now I ireceived the clubs to my home on November 2 2004. ( they were first shipped \on October 27 ,2004.)
I already got them from a reliable vendor , and don't want them and now have to go to the trouble of shipping them back !
This company is bad news . I am wondering if
this is their usual practice or am I being singled out.
In either case don't believe them and beware."
"Brian, you are truly a piece of work. I recently ordered a club from Brian and it just arrived after about 2 weeks which is pretty reasonable. After I ordered the club I found this site and was dreading the possibility of getting ripped off like the others. Between calling and emails he was fairly reasonable to deal with except towards the end when I was pressing for a tracking number, then he lost it. In the end I rec'd the club and am satisfied however would not buy again due to the poor customer service and sheer lack of professionalism. Its too bad because his prices are good but if theres even a remote chance of not getting your product, which I feel there is, why take the chance. A few simple things like sending tracking numbers and a little phone etiquette would go a long way. I am surprised he is able to maintain a business. I do not recommend buying from this store."
