"Sorry to bust all your negative bubbles but I have to give BHM Golf a good rating. Although they sent me the wrong shoes and I had to call Brian twice, he was OK on the phone and as I was waiting for the RA number (which I am still waiting for) the RIGHT shoes arrived at my door 4-5 days after I talked to Brian. "

"Worst store EVER!!! 3-5 days shipping has turned into nearly 30 days!! i was told it was shipped on 9/22, 9/25 and 10/4. now it's 10/15 and I just want my money back and the response i get is "we shipped that already".

"This guy is a compulsive liar and runs a horrible business. I ordered a club a week ago and everytime I talk to him he's told me he's not at the office and will email me later. There's a reason his prices are the lowest...because you'll never see your order get delivered!"

"I ordered a Cleveland Hi-Bore when Cleveland was offering a wedge for the same price. BHM promptly shipped the driver but has failed to ship the wedge. Brian rarely returns his calls and has let numerous emails go unanswered. I've requested the assistance of my credit card company. Brian makes promises and does not keep them.

bottom line-AVOID this retailer!!!!

"Wow! After seeing all these reviews how is "Brian" still in business? I can't imagine that he will be in business for very long. This guy needs to shut down and submit himself into a psych ward.

My finacee had ordered a bag for me from their business not knowing what kind of shady operation they were running. She was unaware of resellerratings.com and now she will not forget to check companies out here. It definitely is a great reference. Anyhow, same story. She ordered the bag and was told that she would recieve it 7-14 days. 8 days later she called for status and or a tracking # and was rudely declined the tracking #. He told her to call the company and find out herself since it was shipped directly from factory then hung up on her. She called the manufacturer and was told that BHM no longer deals with them due to 1000's of usd past due. Not to mention he is being investigated for FRAUD. Knowing this I called him immediately and tried to find out information myself. You know the rest, multiple hang ups. But I did managed to tell him I would cancel my order now if he did not give me tracking, keep in mind its been shipped. No verification I canceled the pay pal payment and was refunded. Fyi, Paypal cannot do anything after 20 days. This guy will try and play this game on a innocent victims.

It does not stop there. Brian calls me back and leaves a voice mail calling me a jackass every other word trying to explain himself. ???Now he says his does not deal with the manf. and he goes through a secondary distributor for product. Make up your mind JACK ASS! What great customer service and phone skills. I am sure he will save sales and generate return business, um BS!

I will definitely spend a few minutes to report this guy and maybe I will forward that lovely message he left me.

" BHM GOLF sent the wrong golf club, and when I contacted them Brian said he would send me the golf club that I ordered, but he never did! Weeks later after filing a complaint with PayPal and the Better Business Bureau he refunded my money thru PayPal. During that time my son did not have a decent driver for two golf tounaments he had entered. BHM gives internet businesses a
BAD NAME!! He evidently makes this a habit and needless to say he will not get anymore of my or my freinds business!!!!!!!! VERY DISSATISFIED!!!

"BHM Golf does have a nice selection and great prices but I am very disappointed in the manner in which they (Brian) conducts business. I ordered a golf club over two weeks ago (web site says ships in 3-5 days)and have not received my order yet. I have also contacted Brian on several occasions via e-mail and phone and cannot get him to respond. I always get the same response "I will call you right back". I cannot get any information from him and I am starting to worry I will never see my new golf club. I will pay the few extra dollars from now on to order through a more respectable organization. "

"I ordered a pair of golf sandals from BHMGolf.com on Thu., June 8, and paid immediately with PayPal. I specifically asked for e-mail confirmation and a tracking number when the order shipped.

On Mon., June 12, I e-mailed the merchant to get status of the order because I had heard nothing to that point. The merchant replied seven hours later (after midnight in Chicago) to say the sandals were being shipped directly from the manufacturer. While the message was cordial, no tracking number was given.

On Mon., June 19, I called the merchant to get the status of the order. A man answered and gave terse answers. He claimed the order shipped on Friday. When I asked for a tracking number, he said he would send it in e-mail. I followed up with two e-mails that day as I was leaving on vacation on Wed. The merchant did not send the tracking number as promised, nor did he reply to my e-mails.

To my surprise, the shipment was waiting for me on my porch that evening. It had indeed been shipped directly from the manufacturer, and the item was the correct model and size.

The customer support and communications were inadequate, but the order fulfillment was okay. The delivery time could be better, but then I paid nothing for shipment so the time was reasonable. Overall, I was somewhat dissatisfied with the experience, and probably will not make another purchase from this merchant.

"Sadly, I must agree with the other comments. Although the prices are great, the non-professionalism of "Brian" made me very hesitant to order. His condescending tone and attitude made me wonder why they have phone orders. However, the price was good and I did order only to have to call again to get an email invoice and another time to get shipping/tracking information, which was incomplete. Finally, after about 3 weeks I received my order. Froogled my next purchase and although BHM has the lowest prices again, I will go with their competitor. Too bad, with these prices and a very good online inventory this store could do so much better. "

"BHM is my first bad internet shopping experience. He says it shipped, a week later I found he never shipped it, then he said it shipped again, then after 3 weeks he admits he never shipped it in the first place, because he is out of stock. He said it shipped but he refused to provide shipment tracking #. Of course, how could he when he never shipped it. Lucky for me I paid through Paypal and got a refund. I wish I had seen these reviews before I placed my order."

"Just received the last of my orders through BHM for my Tour Edge JMAX Ironwoods. This order was placed on May 12 and I received part of it Wednesday, the 17th and the other part (which was drop shipped from the vendor) on Thursday, the 18th. This order was received in less than a week. My experience over 3 orders has been very pleasant, Mr. Meyer even went out of his way to get me a head cover that I was missing through Tour Edge. The price was much lower on this item than any other internet dealer. If I need anything else, I would definitely use BHM again.

Just received 2nd order from BHM that was placed on Tuesday, 5/9 and received on Friday, 5/12. This order was received even faster than the first one placed with them. I have not experienced any problems and have been extremely pleased with the price and service.

Placed order through BHM Golf for 2 TourEdge Bazooka JMAX Iron-Woods on Tuesday 4/25, received in Delaware the following Tuesday, 5/2. Very pleased as they had an excellent price, there was no problem with the transaction and how fast it was received.

"Purchased MX-23 irons. Good price, but took forever. Brian told me he forgot to order them, then I called a week later and got a completely different story. He said he would make it up to me by giving me a break on a wedge. When I called to order the wedge, he said he didn't know what I was talking about. Saving a few bucks was not woth the trouble and aggravation."
