"I received an email saying my order was cancelled because the parts I ordered had pyrotechnic charges in them and could not be shipped. I believe this is incorrect and the parts do not have pyrotechnic charges. I called the online parts department at the dealership and left my name, phone number and order number and requested a call back, but I never received a reply. I checked with another retailer and they were able to ship the exact same part and confirmed there was no pyrotechnic charges in them. Unless you get different staff handling online parts orders, I won't be ordering from you again."
