"Let me by start saying I purchased before from bmw northwest before this time it was alright nothing went wrong. The part I order was alright nothing wrong. So because of this reason I decided to order from them again. Well let me tell you I did my research and ordered the part from them. It was a rear trunk tail light for my BMW 320i XDRIVE since the original the plastic clip that help it to the trunk broke off and of course they don't just sell you the replacement clip, because of this we needed to order the whole set up. We ordered the light and light bulbs. Fast forward to almost two weeks later and the parts still hadn't even been shipped. Once they where shipped the only part I got was one LIGHT BULB! I literally lost it after that I wrote and nasty email to the parts department since you cant reach anyone on the phone number provided on the bottom your invoice. Forget about leaving a voicemail not one ever calls you back. After the email got send finally they sent the rear trunk light. We good right! NOT the part we got is not genuine! Since it is a cheap aftermarket that meet OEM standards the parts inside the plastic housing are all CHINA made not like my original part that I took off my vehicle. So as you can imagine the light is not working properly and now my car is throwing a code that the light is malfunctioning. After this I reached out to BMW NORHTWEST and they told me I had to take to a authorized dealer of BMW and have them diagnose the problem and say that it is the light. Well to that I responded great! Will you paying for the diagnosing? NOPE ! They said I am responsible for paying for all that. As we all know it is expensive going anywhere and paying for anyone to diagnose. Well long sorry this people are joke selling china made parts that aren't worth the money we pay for. I highly recommend you think twice before purchasing from these clowns. "
