"I placed my order on November 2nd, and finally received it by November 14th. They waited until the 10th to ship it. They claim that most orders ship within 24 to 48 hours, but that clearly was not correct. They sent me offers to upgrade my order several times between the 2nd and the 10th, but the effort to upsell would have been better spent filling the order in a timely fashion. I ordered parts from a dozen other merchants on the same day, and received everything else within a week. This company held up my project. On the upside, the price was good and I received exactly what I ordered. So, as long as you don't care when you receive your order I can recommend this business."

"FRAUD! I had the same problems here many others had.
I ordered an Athlon 1700+ on a Thursday. On Monday, these scam artists sent an e-mail stating that my order is ALMOST processed, but they want to offer me a cheap upgrade before it ships. After I politely refused, I knew from the posts here that my order wasn't going to go through. I even told my wife, "watch what these idiots do next."
Lo and behold, I get an e-mail FALSELY claiming that something was wrong with my credit card. Now, I check my card status DAILY and I am in contact with the issuer monthly to be sure everything is OK. Is it just a coincidence this is the FIRST TIME I've EVER had a problem?
Of course not. This company is garbage. Fortunately, I didn't need that processor that soon, so I cancelled.

"On Sunday 11/2 I placed an order and immediately recieved an email Thanking me for the business and confirming my order information. On 11/3 I was notified by email that my order had been checked for compatibility and that at 12:00 noon it had been submitted to accounting for processing. On 11/4 I was sent an email saying the order was through accounting and was in shipping. Later that day I was emailed a tracking number and notified that it had been shipped. On Friday we recieved the order in good shape and an email thanking us for doing business with them. I don't know how it can get any better than that."

--Placed order on Fri Oct 24. Didn't receive products until Nov 5 although I paid extra for faster handling.
--Got a call from BZBoyz on the afternoon of Tues Oct 28 (the order hadn't been "picked" at the vendor's store yet). BZBoyz rep attempted to get me to buy a "retail" product verus an "OEM" product, additional warranty, etc. at at increased cost. (kind of a bait and switch).
--Got another call from a BZ Boyz Rep on Oct 30 who informed me that one of the items I requested wasn't in stock but I could get the "next best" item for "only $10 more." Again, attempting to sell me a different product at a higher price. When I refused and insisted they send me what I ordered, the employee became recalcitrant.
--Apparently they found the correct item and shipped them out on Oct 30.
Don't think I'll ever use this company again. Prices were the draw, but the crummy service was not worth it. I rather pay a few dollars more for better service."
