"This is the slowest shipping rate i have ever heard of. I mean, i place the order on monday, i get confirmed, and all is good....Then today i go to check on my tracking status...And it hasn't even left the building yet. They say it's in "inventory"....3 days, and it hasn't shipped. And when it finally gets out of "inventory", i have to allow 24 hours of pretesing. It does not take 24 hours to plug a processor into a motherboard and see if it works...
Meanwhile, back in sanity land. I order 3 other parts, from 3 other companies This tuesday, the packages are in CA, CA, and IN, respectively. They are scheduled to arrive monday, but not like i can install them on anything.

I guess that's what i get for ordering from a company that spells "boys" with a z, it won't happen again.

"The hold on my bank account for the payment amount occurred instantaneously but their order tracking screen said the order had been referred to the sales department while awaiting payment verification... I got several voice mail messages from sales stating there was a problem and to call. I was told there was a compatability problem with the CPU which was not known until after I placed the order. What problem, I asked??? One that only an additional $17.95 could cure. When I resisted it came down to $15. Its the classical bait and switch technique. They cancelled the order when I would go along with the switch.

"Deplorable service. The order took 7 days to process. I then attempted to cancel the order, and their "systems were down", but I was assured that it would be cancelled. It then shipped, and for the last 5 days I can not get in touch with anyone to get the RMA resolved. They never answer the phone, and the web chat support rep always directs you to email support which never responds to you. I am preparing to report this issue to the Better Business Bureau. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. CAVEAT EMPTOR!"

"They found a problem with my credit card even though the bill to and deliver to address were same. Did the same thing to my son for the same product yet they received authorizations from the bank(s) to disburse funds. When asked why was told repeatedly that they tried to contact me. I sent messages about how to reinstate order with no response. The items ordered were considerably cheaper than elsewhere. My thoughts are they use a bait and switch tactic and have no intentions to deliver unless you order unneeded add on products. When you get through on telephone number which is usually busy you are told that system is down and would you call back. When you call back cannot get through. When you chat online you are directed to send message to customer service. David at customer service always tells you they tried to contact you but you have no messages either email or answering machine. Do not order from this company. I have reported this matter to the Better Business Bureau also.

"very poor customer service. don't trust them, they are crooks, don't buy anything from them. They lost my order, then charged me twice on my master card for the order. They don't have it together at all, they need to get their customer service up to code! Listen, it's your money, now if I were you, I'd go to www.pcmicrostore.com and shop there, they got what it takes to run a business! Just check the customers they don't lie. Stay away from bzboyz. I spent almost 500 dollars on one order and got the worst treatment, never again. Not worth my time. or my money. If my invoice number is wrong, I'm sure I can find it in my dumpster before they can, they don't know Nothing about Nothing. They need to hire some real techs that can give out real advice, and they also need to learn how to speak english, or at least find someone who does just to answer the phone, when they do answer it, How are you going to help the public if you cannot understand them! You can't it's as simple as that. Don't go there. Very unhappy with WWW.BZBOYZ.COM DON'T BUY THERE! YOU'LL BE SORRY...BLACK CUBE THEM ALL THE WAY..."

"extremely poor customer service after a billing mistake was made. after being hung up on several times trying to get the billing error corrected, I tried to cancel my order. after being lied to by David, I finally got the billing error fixed. I have yet to receive my order - I hope it's ok because if it's not, I do not have much faith that I'll be treated fairly. I will never purchase from BZBoyz again."

"Beware!!! This is a bait and switch company. Ordered complete system less OS only to receive call three days later that several items were "out of stock" but that I could upgrade "for only $50.00". Price exceeded ceiling amount so I canceled order.

PS. This company is the same as PCRapids.com. Tried to order from them also and got the exact song and dance. Asked them point blank is they were related in any way to bzboys (change you sales script guys, dead giveaway!) I even agreed to one of their "upgrades" only to have my order canceled because a "problem" with my credit card. There was no problem with it guys, I order items with it all the time.
