"I don't know how this company managed to be with you since '98. But they
should not only be taken off of Pricewatch. And off the face of the earth
as well.
Here is what happened with my order.
I wanted them to dropship direct to my customer and specifically asked them
before I ordered if that will be a problem because it is NOT my billing
address and nor am I going to make it my billing address because lots of
companies dropship direct to my customers with out having to verify CC
billing address because they know me. Please keep in mind, that I was doing
all this via their Livechat support so they definitly knew what I was
talking about. After I ordered, I went to chat with them to make sure all
is OK. They told me my order will ship out within 48-72 hours. Kind of
long, but I know they have to verify for the first time since I too am a
reseller. They told me to give them my phone # because a rep wants to get a
hold of me. Fine. The rep called me and treid to persuade me into
"upgrading" to a Retail XP 1800+ for a "bit" more. After I adamently
refused, he hung up on me. Chatted with them the next day to make sure all
is Ok. They told me they need me to fax in front and back of Credit Card,
This was Wednedsday or Thursday. Then I checked with them again on Friday
and they told me my order has cleared account and will ship out within
24-48 hours. Then I just recently checked with them, and now they tell me
my order is on hold because the shipping address is not on file with the
Credit Card company. I ofcourse told them what their rep told me via live
chat, but they denied all of it and he wanted to send me a couple of
documents that I have to sign and fax back to him and have my my bank to
change my billing address to that of the shipping. Now as a reseller myself
who processess credit cards. I know its risky when you ship to a different
address other than billing. However, these guys did 2 serious mistakes.
They lied to me about my order going out on friday and they also lied to me
about it bieng OK that the shipping address did not match the billing
address. If they told me that on Tuesday. Heck, if they told me about this as late as last Friday I would have sent them a money order priority mail. But no, they had to lie and waste my time so they don't have to lose money on shipping something they advertised on pricewatch. Bet you my life savings if I was to have upgraded to those XP 1800+s, they would have went out Wednesday. The only reason I went to
them in the first place was because all the vendors I go through have
discontinued the XP 1700+'s. And just and FYI. bzboyz, pcrapids and partspc
are all the same company. I suggest you go to resellerratings and take
alook at their ratings. Lastly, just recently they started to better their image on RR. What they do is they SELECTIVE target customers they PURPOSELY satisfy and SOLICIT them to rate them highly. Oh, if you have been screwed by these guys because of pricewatch, suggest you complain to pricewatch ASAP. Because if pricewatch gets enough complaints, they will take these scammers off!

"I felt that this company provided a high level of customer service, with lots of attention to security, product compatability, and customer communication. Unfortunately, this high level of service has greatly lengthened the order processing time. It is now 10 days since I placed the order, and I still have not received my merchandise. 24 - 48 hours of this time was the result of my credit card billing address not matching my shipping address, the result of a recent renumbering of addresses in my town, and was not the fault of the merchant."
