" Absolutely horrible experience, the worst I've had online yet. I ordered a CPU which I found through Pricewatch. BZBOYZ had the lowest price so I placed an order. They have this lame purchase system where, by default, you automatically buy IDE cable, fans, thermal paste, etc. unless you UNselect the items. I failed to do that. So I called them and told them to cancel that part of the order, they said OK. I also told them that the price on the email receipt didn't match what was on Pricewatch. They asked for the PW price and said they'd fix it. Eight(!!) days later I get the order. And, yep, there was the IDE cables, heatsink, fan, etc. that I said to cancel. I checked my credit card to see if they adjusted the price...nope. I called them and told them of the screwup and with respect to the price they said that they couldn't sell the CPU at the price on PW. It's still listed as such right now!!!!! They said they'll give me a full refund. If they charge a restocking fee on their screwup, you'll hear about it.

I do not recommend them at all. Every aspect of the order was messed up: item, price, shipping."
