The ordering process was very easy. I received a phone call within a couple of hours as well as two e-mails acknowleging the order and updating me on the status.
Within two days, I was called and advised that all was fine and that tho order would ship the next day. Unfortunately, several days later, I received yet another phone call advising that an error had been made and the particular processor that was requested was on back order. They gave the option to upgrade ( which I did for an additional $20). They threw in an AMD approved heatsink and fan at no charge instead of the temporary one I had requested.
I then again received several mail and a call giving the status and advising that it had been shipped UPS at no additional cost ( I had chosen the 12-16 day USPS). I was very pleasantly suprized.
The order was received within 5 days. I was also suprized when I opened the package to find all the needed IDE and Floppy cables included with my order as this was not originally stated or expected.

All in all, I would say that they have very good communication and great customer service. Other than the slight delay (which I feel I was well compensated for), I have had a great experience so far and plan to make future purchases from them soon.
