"BZBoys = scam artists, they tried to add extra crap to my order which added $24.35 to my order even though I had deselected it. Forced them to remove extra charges and will now try to cancel my order. Stay, no run away from these guys!"
"Found out about the positive reviews being posted, seems that BZBoyz are offering $5 off your order if you leave a positive review here. So its not BZBoyz directly, but still sneaky and underhanded. To those looking at this company to buy from, or those who are doing the $5 off deal, Dont! Stay away from these guys, cancel your order now! You will be getting used software/hardware, and any oem cpu you order will become "out of stock" and they will pressure you to upgrade to a retail cpu for a higher price. If you tell them that you'll wait for the oem chip they will cancel that part of your order."
"I build custom computers. I always use overnight shipping in order to keep the turnaround time down. The last order I placed, BZBOYZ took 2 weeks to send my product. I paid for overnight shipping, and was expecting it to arrive within 4 days. On the printed reciept from their website i quote
"It may take us up to 72 hrs to process AND SHIP this order. We will notify you in case of any delay."
This turned out to be a compltete lie. I was never contacted in any way by BZBOYZ. By the time I recieved the processor they were supposed to send, I had already ordered another one, recieved it, and built the computer. When the Fed Ex delivery person arrived 7 days late, I refused the delivery. BZBOYZ made me pay for the overnight shipping ($43.00), and charged me a resotking fee of 15%. I made several calls, and was extremely disappointed by their bad customer service. They would not accept responsibility for shipping my order late, and would not even refund the cost of the product, which was never even recieved.
Now, i use Comp-U-Plus, or Computers4Sure, because of their great customer service. BZBOYZ will never see another dime of my money, and I hope by writing this, I can help others avoid the most aggravating, dishonest company on the net.

"BZBOYZ.COM=RIPOFF
Dont be fooled by fake customer reviews!
I ordered a motherboard/cpu combo for $100.
They called and e-mailed wanting to upgrade my order $39 (anti-static wristband, turbowax, ect).
After a week of delays, they told me that they only had the cpu in a "retail" box and it would cost $10 more. I told them I do not appreciate bait and switch tactics. When I finally recieved the products, the motherboard was in an opened box and in used condition.I bought another similar combo from GOOGLEGEAR.COM for the same price with no hassles!

"Although the offerings available are good, the checkout was questionable. Concerning the final step, a checkbox was marked which suggested that the credit card holder would authorize additional payments for upgrades which may not have been included in the total dollar amount displayed. With a total of $138.96 including shipping, there should be no additional charge of $34.18 to my account, especially considering that I unchecked the box in question. If the charge is still applied, this is highly deceptive and I would consider it outright fraudulent. Caveat emptor!"
"Pretty good prices.
Lots of options.
I'll wait and see how well my items work. I have done business with this company before and I did not have any issues."
"Great prices on motherboard/cpu combos! Overall friendly interface and absolutely simple to use."
"Good prices, good descriptions of product. Would have preferred option of separate shipping address, without a delay. "
"The website was very helpful and easy to navigate. I have done business here before and they have left a good impression."
"I ordered a MB/CPU combo from this company after checking out their decent rating here, which is a FRAUD. First, my order: As others have stated, the order page contains many "upgrades" that you need to deselect, otherwise you will be charged (without showing you the total) -- sign of scam #1. A day after I placed my order I got an email directly from Vernon, who said "I need for you to give me a call at 1-***-***-**** and my name is Vernon It's about the CPU that you ordered." I called to be told that they were out of the CPU I ordered, but he "talked to [his] manager who said [he] could offer me an Athlon 1800 or 2000, in retail box, for only $35-37 more" -- sign of scam #2. Since that price (along with the $17 shipping fee) was not longer a deal, I canceled my order, and cannot comment on them past the ordering stage.
The worst of it though, happened *after* I initially placed my order (sign of scam #3): On the "Thank you" page, there were instructions begging me to fill out a positive review at this and two other review sites that answered four questions. In return they would take $5 off my order (remember, they don't tell you exactly how much you will be charged). They have paid people to post positive reviews, which is one of the most disreputable things a vendor can do. The are "working hard to improve our reputation on the web" by acting completely unethically."
"so far so good! I have had bad experiences with other companies and online ordering, it would be nice if this works out because I buy online alot. Prices are very good on this site!"
"don't like the upgrade and fan options added in at shipping time and not in total at bottom of print out."
"I was so excited when I made this order that I had found an "honest" company. But, to my dismay, I was not so lucky. I received several emails verifying my order. Then, during the time they said I would receive my order I got an email that there was a problem. It was difficult to get ahold of the representative I needed to talk to. Finally, I connected with him 4 days later and he told me the items were on backorder and tried to sell me an upgrade. Yeah right. I bought this item because it was so reasonable and I wanted a deal instead of the upgrade. So, I told him I would wait. Then, I got an email that they cancelled my order. No phone call or reason, just a list of possible reasons. I am furious that I had to find another company to order from. I order parts often and I will never order from bzboyz again and I told others who order often not to order from bzboys. I'm shocked this company is still in business with the low level of customer service they provide."
"A little difficult at first but learned how to navigate quickly. This will be my first home build and the ability to find compatible components easily prior to check out was great."
