"Bought an item of memory for my computer.
Recieved it in good time from America even though I live in the UK. Had a problem that it wasn't compatable with my motherboard so sent it back and to my amazment Bzboys gave me my money back no problem even though it was not faulty, I think thats great service.
I will deal with them again no problem as I know what kind of help I will get if I need any.
Thanks Bzboys, Austin."
"I order a cpu motherboard combo from bzboyz and it died a few month later. If you order from bzboyz you will get second rate memory and a second rate CPU that will over heat and will not run at advertised speeds."
"sold me a engineering same CPU. CPU only runs @ 802 mhz. I bought it as a combo package which was a mistake. I have been told they have a 12 week wait time and a processing fee, in order to get my cpu/mb fixed. I was also told i can only use my cpu on the mb it came with. "
"I ordered 2 sticks of 1Gb PC3200 400FSB DDR Certified SPD memory from them. When it arrived I installed it in my computer replacing 2 sticks of similar 512Mb. The new memory is exactly what my motherboard user-guide calls for. I installed the memory in a anti-static environment. My computer will not boot up with the new memory. I have re-done the install 2 more times and each time the system will not boot up. When I reinstall my original memory the computer boots up fine. They refuse to speak to me and don't return my tech-support e-mails."
"Timely processing, good price, merchandise as advertised. I like their online store which ensures that you mix and match components which go together. I am a repeat buyer."
"BZBoyz has the best selection and price for CPU's that I've found anywhere. I have purchased from BZBoyz for around 10 years and have always had an excellent experience. There have been a few times that I've had to contact them for support, and I have always left the experience smiling."
"Great product fast delivery great comminucation. Will buy from again!"
"SCAM!!! I ordered a motherboard combo from pricewatch. I got junk in the mail that did not work. Not even what I ordered and not the shipping class that I paid for. First of all, BZBOYS pads the reviews on pricewatch with fake positives. Second, I experieced pretty much the same as people that posted here. They did not respond to emails or return calls. When I called as a new customer, I got someone. I asked to speak to a supervisor or manager and was refused. I spoke to the same person everytime and everytime he gave me a different name. When I told of my experience on pricewatch, I was told that if I did not remove my negative remarks, I would not get my money back. They even told me that they would contact my bank to "prevent" me from disputing the charges. Total RIP OFFS!!!!!"
"I purchased a motherboard and CPU from BzBoyz, Signal Hill, CA (also known as MicroX) on June 14, 2005. I received the order, and the CPU had bent pins and after installation, would not work. I got an RMA and returned the merchandise. They took over a month to replace the defective components, after telling me that it was out of stock and would I like a more expensive one instead. The new parts arrived, and seemed to work fine for several days, until the whole system died. When I contacted the company for a refund, I was juggled between technicians, managers, etc. until I was told that the products were no longer under warranty (what after 2 weeks?) and that I could not receive a refund. They said I could choose one of 3 options:
1. Ship the parts back for a replacement, I pay the shipping.
2. Ship the parts back for store credit equal to their non-markup price.
3. Leave them alone because they are under no obligation to help me anyway.
I told them I would ship the parts back if they would give me a refund of what I paid. I haven't heard back from them. This whole ordeal left me computer-less for over 100 days and counting. My only recourse was to dispute the payment to my credit card company."
"While shopping for replacement motherboard on Pricewatch, placed order for new, BASIC AMD 64 motherboard, (since was to be just a drop-in replacement into my old box-HAD all the accrutements) first at a retailer called BZBOYZ.com. Order went well, but then 6 hours later, was called by them to inform me that "the OEM version was out of stock, how about the retail version for $35 more ?" . I rightly refused...BAD MOVE ! The funds in my bank tied up 3 days. 3 Days later, placed order at Compu-Terra, EXACT same Bait & Switch FRAUD! Not wanting to tie up my bank account for an additional 3 days, gave the OK for the $35 "Upgrade". I should have read the buyer comments for this "retailer" on Pricewatch feedback, as it was RIFE with this fraud by them.
NEVER again will I do business with this thief ! BUYER BEWARE !"
"this is my second time i oder and it seems as if everytime i order they dont carry the item i odered or they the are backstock and then after them calling you after a week or so they might ship out there product so dont waste your money overnight shipping cause it takes then i week just to send it out this is a very bad company to deal with not worth the trouble"
"This is an awful company. Not only do they repeatedly try to make you purchase pointless options, they also illegally require you to sign away most or all of your warranty rights AFTER your order, or they will cancel your order.
There's a reason why their deals on Pricewatch seem "too good to be true.""
"worst service possible, had to deal directly with manufactoring"
"I ordered a Athlon 64 Bit processor from BzBoys.com and paid extra for a platinum packaging to protect the processor. They shipped it DHL and the box was fine but the processor had bent pins all over. No way to straighten them even if I could.
After returning it to them on an RMA, they would not refund my money or send me a replacement.
The manager accused me of damaging the product and that I would only receive the damaged processor back. This is the very 1st time that I've had to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

"This review is for 2 orders I made with them.
About 2 weeks ago, I order a MB/CPU combo and I declined all their extra crap when they called, and then I received a email saying my order was cancelled. I guess they didn't want to sell me the items at that price. They claimed there was a problem with my card, but I got a bunch of other stuff that I ordered that day.
Yesterday I ordered a MB/CPU combo for my parents with their CC and address, and they declined all their free crap. Again they cancelled the order saying there was a problem with the CC. My parents got a bunch of other stuff I ordered for them that day, I refuse to believe there was a problem with their card.
To top it off, I am receiving SPAM addressed to the temporary email I gave them (I know it was them because I signed up with ****@****), and my spam filter now blocks messages from them!"
