"Ordered from BZBOYZ on 12/09/2003, never received product. They tell me the package was lost and they're dealing with the delivery service DHL to get a refund, but I never get updates nor anything else. I was told three weeks ago it would be refunded and now they say it maybe another two to three more weeks.
They even had the guts to say they have better support then Newegg.
Contacted them at 5pm PT and now they explained it would only be two days for a refund. "

"Received my ASUS mobo and Athon64 from BzBoyz. They were packaged perfectly and pretested. BzBoyz did exactly what they said they would and everything arrived in good time. By the way, their tech department actually called me before the order was shipped to verify what I wanted and suggested a few minor changes that would improve the system. I took them up on their suggestions and after assembling the system I'm glad I did!

"I had a problem with the hardware that was purchased. I entered a ticket with their web-support, but received no reply. I called (international) to their tech support line, was transfered twice, and told that I would receive an email by that evening. I have never heard from them. I fixed the problem myself by searching web FAQs. The price was good, but if I had a problem, I wouldn't rely on them again.
Just a note- I recieved a couple of requests from this company for positive feedback BEFORE my order could possibly arrive. They were phrased in such a way as to make is sound urgent, so that I would respone to them before I got my order. I was offered free gifts to give a good reveiw."
