"I ordered a mother board combo the day before good Friday and got 4-5shipping. Overall cost of $152. Well I waited, and waited until I called them long distance and asked what was going on. The guy said " your order was canceled." I asked why I wasn't notified. He said they supposedly sent me an email twice, of which I never recieved either. I had him check into why it was canceled and he said they didn't carry that item anymore, even though it was still on their website, 2 weeks after they stopped carrying it. So he was going to look into why I was never really notified and what they could do to get me something. He was suppose to call back. Of course he didn't. So I called and asked to speak to a manager. They said he isn't availible right now, I said that was great because I'm sick and tired of running up my phone bill, so he can call me. I said I want the call by today. The man hesitated and said, "ahhh, he'll call you tomarrow for sure." Tomarrow came and no call, but I had already ordered from someone else. Bzboyz's service is terrible. They treat the customer like crap(not the word I wanted to use) and they are very disorganized. I will never buy from them again because of this experience. "

"i was a little worried reading the summaries here.... Then when i rec'd an email stating there was a problem with my order i really started to worry. I spoke with a Sorin in Sales/Service. I tell you, he put the service back into customer service. Long story short, my p4 1.9ghz wasnt avail (oem), so they were UPGRADING me to retail box version..then shipped it 3-day select, and followed up with a personal email as promised.
It's the little things that make the biggest difference. I will Most definately order from them again.

"I was not impressed with the BZ Boyz.
I ordered an Abit KG-7 Motherboard with AMD XP1700 CPU and 256 Meg DDR. I paid for their "pre-test before ship option" (what a bunch of bunk.) On delivery, the board would not even POST, I got a RAM error code. I e-mailed, then called and got an RMA, shipped it back and didn't hear from them for a couple of weeks. When they finally did get back to me, they told me that the items were not defective and that they were going to charge a restocking fee. When I pressed them on it, they then said that the motherboard was in fact defective. After that, they didn't e-mail for another week or so and ignored an e-mail I sent asking about the status of the RMA. I finally received my working board on March 18th, about 1 & 1/2 months after the order was placed.
The moral of the story.. buyer beware... I don't think these guys have their poop in a group. I will not be ordering from them again and I do not recommend that others do. Next time I will be sure to consult reseller ratings before making a purchase."
"I ordered a motherboard/cpu/cooler combo on the 12th. Today I call and am told the order was shipped and signed for. There records show it as delivered to Texas, I'm many many states away from Texas.
Three emails are ignored, one phone call that I was told would be returned was not. I was then told that they would file a claim with the shipping company for a lost package. I asked if they would ship out another one to me this time and was told that I would have to be charged again!!!
After I told them I was calling the credit card company to deny their charges, I was told they would ship another package ups ground."

Also had a stock problem with another item I ordered I was offered a VERY good deal on a alternative upgraded product !!"

"Well, I purchased a mobo and cpu setup from these guys. My main gripe is that if you have a problem, you will continue to have a problem for months. It took about 1.5 months to get an rma issue resolved. What a joke..
if you order something with no moving parts then its a good idea to order from these guys... if it can break... its worth the cost to go buy it from another company"
"This supplier was extremely uncooperative when I received a defective piece of merchandise. It took me from September 11th 2001 until today, March 12, 2002 to finally come to a resolved transaction. I was forced to charge back BZ BOYZ through my credit card company and when I returned the item in question they refused it. I received a call from BZ BOYZ today requesting their merchandise be returned again with a toll number for me to call them with for yet another shipping address.
I wouldn’t recommend them to an enemy for fear that you may resolve your indifferences one day and have to answer for the referral.
I did get my money back but only through the help of my credit card company.
