"While browsing for processors on Pricewatch, I noticed an extremely low price listed for an Athlon XP 2000+ processor. I jumped on the deal (it was to be saving $40, nearly 1/3 of the regular price), but their website did not match.
On my order, I informed BZBoyz of exactly how much my order SHOULD be instead of how much the invoice came out to, and that I would like to cancel my order if they were unable to send it to me for that price.
They did in fact honor the Pricewatch price, giving me exactly the price that I quoted to them that I wanted to pay. The processor arrived about a week and a half later (a little slow, but not bad) and I installed it. Works fine and in fact clocks a little faster than it should.
Overall a good experience, although there was a definite lack of communication. I received no word of what was happening to my order from my order date up until the point it arrived at my door."
"I have purchased from BzBoyz several times now, and while the online ordering tool could use some work and often results in several delays, today I had need of adjusting an order over the phone. I spoke with Kim (one of the sales reps) and she was very, very helpful. Made the whole thing a pleasant experience and in fact, tried to find a couple of ways to save me a few dollars on the whole order. I would definitely continue buying from them."

"Very dissatisfied. Not only was the item that I ordered not in stock, I had to pay an additional $20 for the same part. And to top it all off, after deducting funds from my account on a Monday, my merchandise was not shipped for another 3 days and the package was to be shipped 2-day priority. It's nice to know that the priority only applied to the shipping company."

"The BZBoyz online ordering system did not register everything that I selected. I emailed in to ask that they update my order, there was no response. To make a long story short, I emailed in SEVERAL times requesting that they confirm my order and relay a status of the order. There was no response to any of those messages.
Since I was unable to receive ANY information from Bzboyz on this order, I was unable to provide MY customer a status on HIS order.
This went on for days, and finally he cancelled his order, and took his business elsewhere. So, I had to cancel MY order to Bzboyz, they lost a customer as well. All that was requested was a quick email message, and everything would have been fine. Trying to do business with these folks made ME look bad, I cant afford that. MY customers are important to me. "

"I was ordering an MSI KT3 Ultra motherboard. They called me 2 weeks after i placed my order and told me the oem cpu wasn't available and tried to get me to buy the retail which costed more, i said i'd wait till oem came in. So i waited a week after that, finally got the product. It was defective. I sent it back and ordered a new one. They called me and told me the one i bought isn't made anymore and that I had to buy a more expensive one the Ultra 2. So i bought it. I've been waiting 1.5 months for my RMA to process, and still haven't received any money back. I got the Ultra2 and it works fine. After placing this ad however, I received an apology, which did make me feel better and even made me *possibly* want to buy from them again."
"Was building a system from scratch and finding parts on Pricewatch. Ordered a motherboard and waited... waited... waited... waited... all the other parts had arrived a week before.. waited.. e-mailed them. Only after I had to question them about my order did they tell me that there was a "problem" with my order. They didn't get into specifics, just a "problem."
They then said they had cancelled my order, but didn't even notify me until I asked!
THUMBS DOWN, STAY AWAY!!!"
"Saw the price for a XP processor for $58 on pricewatch. Ordered the processor and a few days later I received an email saying that my credit card bill to and ship to address were not the same, but Ive been at the address and used the card for computer related items many times. In the end, the order was canceled, I got the chance to speak with the owner (Sam), and he was able to resolve the situation. I appreciated the cooperation of the owner and his willingness to work with small customers. Thank you for your professionalism..

"Rip-off! I selected the motherboard and didn't select any of the upgrades. When I got the confirmation notice that said IF I selected upgrades that I didn't want, I should cancel them, I didn't know that THEY had automatically added an extra 19.35 feature to my order and I didn't cancel it. I went back and checked. There is no way to NOT select an extra feature so using the word "IF" and not including it in the invoide total is just a slimy rip-off. When I noticed the extra charge and asked them to remove it, they're respond was "tough luck, sucker!"."
"The last post mentions the typo on pricewatch of the 2000XP for $58 and I too took them up on this deal because the site has a pricematch garentee for any advertised price. I was VERY hesitant to purchase from them after looking on this site and seeing all the reviews, so I put in a huge comment on the order saying that I wanted it at NO MORE than the advertised price and that I was aware of their poor rating. But then I also mentioned if I didn't have any problems I would give them a good rating on this site for my experience. I had a friend do the very same thing.
I got a call on my cell a few days later and they told me they would honor the price and that it was being shipped. I do feel I should add that they DID try to upsell me, the guy on the phone acted as if I had also ordered a stick of RAM and tried to trick me into ordering more, but I am not stupid and caught on to the ploy so no harm done there.
Both me and my friend got our 2000XPs with no major hassle and they appear to work just fine (and I checked for any marks to see if it was used because I saw a complaint about that, and it looked fine). So overall my experience was great, but I was also very carefull and watchfull of what they were doing."
