Babbitt’s is second to none.

"Very good experience. Super friendly and helpful staff on the phone. Shipping was super fast. Order was received a week ahead of anticipated delivery. Once order fulfilled in 3 days parts shipped over night. Highly recommend Babbitt’s!"

Ripoff Artists

"I should have read the reviews before purchasing from this scam outfit. The part that arrived was wrong. I returned it and they hit me with a ridiculous restocking fee. I paid $47.06 for the part I purchased and they sent me back $26.33 a month later. That's a 44% cost to return an item. I am in business for myself and we NEVER charge a restocking fee. And they put us through the ringerm made us take pictures of the item being returned!!! Businesses like this should be out of business. Stay away from these clowns."

Terrible Return Policy, no shipping/tracking information

"Bought some pistons and rings online and didn't need to replace them after all. When seeking to return them I would have to pay for shipping to them and have them take out another $30 from my refund so they can ship this 1lb package back to the manufacturer. Such garbage service. Wish I had reviewed before purchasing. I paid $10+ shipping to get it here, would have to pay another $10 to get it to them, and then their BS restocking fee taking another $30 from me. Basically giving them that money with nothing in return. I'm in college and don't have the extra money to fork over to greedy middle men. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE."

run away!!!

"I ordered a rear bumper for my snowmobile and it came the wrong color, their website didn't specify color. When I called Babbitts I recieved no help "Mercedes" told me to do a exchange online. When I asked how do I find the correct color she hung up on me."

The worst

"Stay away from Babbitts. The only things I received was grief and excuses. On the 5th day I asked to cancel the order they had the nerve to tell me they are going to charge a restocking fee. I wish I had researched Babbitt's prior to the order. Customer service was rude and refused to help. "

Very bad experience with Babbitt´s - delete them from your contacts.

"This is a company you should stay away from. We ordered a clutch for about $ 500.00, by mistake with the wrong product no. It took a while to get a return no. We did send it back with the original box and the picture as requested. Babbitt´s answer, " it was not the original box and they have destroyed the clutch"!!!

Waste of my TIME and MONEY!

"Worst company to order parts from! Horrible customer service, horrible shipping times, orders completely missing, etc. Their shipping rates are stupid dumb too.
It took them 12 days just to ship my order. Billed me for parts never received (not on backorder either). Since my order is incomplete, I want to return the rest of the items because they are useless to me unless I have all of them, but they want 25% restocking fee.
Babbits is the skummyiest business ever. They are just a middle man trying to skim money off the top without providing any kind of value. They obviously spent a bunch of money on SEO which is why they come up first in Google. They have many websites (suzukipartshouse, yamahapartshouse, etc) but it is all Babbits.
Look up Rocky Mountain. They are WAY better. I placed an order with them 2 days ago and will now have to place another to get in the parts that Babbits "forgot" to ship (but remembered to bill for). Rocky Mountain has 3 day shipping on ALL orders! They also show their real inventory. And I am in no way affiliated with Rocky Mountain. I'm just an honest, hard working, motorcycle and dirt bike enthusiast who knows value and customer service when I see it.
I would get out of the sport before I ever placed another order from Babbits. That's a fact!

fuel gauge garbage!!!!

"I ordered a gas gauge and it took a month an half to receive it in the mail. So I install it and moments later I see it is staring to fog up well a week goes by and I totally forgot about the gauge being defective and thought maybe it would clear up. But it did not. So I needed some more parts and I thought about that fuel gauge. Well I said to myself I would give them another try. Well after I made my order and paid for it over 300. Called them and asked them about what they could do for me and the issue with the fuel gauge and I sent a picture of it to them and the supervisor said since it has almost been a year ago there was nothing they can do. Well I got to tell ya they will not see anymore business from ever again. I wish I had looked at all theses reviews before I made thi my part store."

SERVICE **** !!!

"I order a part for my motorcycle and was shipped the wrong part. I called then told to email a picture for the part which I did. Followed up next day and heard that they are still working on it but now want more information on the motorcycle. I requested to talk to manager and was given a BS story. DON'T DEAL WITH THEM!!!!"

Poor Customer Service

"I placed an order through Honda Parts House, part of Babbitt's online. A week after my order was placed, I received an email explaining that the $25 shipping charges I had already paid were not enough to cover the actual shipping costs and that I would need to pay an additional $50 to cover shipping or my order would not be completed. I asked them to honor the price I paid through the website, but they refused and cancelled my order. Very poor customer service!"

1,000$ defective parts

"I ordered a brand new engine, costing nearly 1,000$ after a few months and less than 1500 miles, a crack became apparent in the head of the engine. No refund, return, replacement, or exchange. They sold me 1,000$ of scrap aluminum. Cost me closer to 2,000$ after all the work, for nothing!"
