"I a order a set of radio triggers order number 197386. Their site shows the product shipped on 4/16/09 via fed express. I have sent 2 emails asking for a tracking number, both of which went unanswered. I call today to get the tracking number and was told the unit did not ship. I told Jason to cancel the order. He offered me a 20.00 gift certificate. I explained this was the second time I ran into this situation and was tired of being jacked around. He said he would get started on a credit. A few minutes later I got a call from Jason say the order actually went out this morning via Postal express despite me asking for Federal Express. Now I have gotten three different versions on the status of my order. Which to believe? I told him I will return the order when/if it arrives.
I will not buy from this merchant again and advise my friends to do the same."
"I ordered the 7 crayon set and a baby poser from them on 3/5/09. They had the the crayons which were extremely hard to find plus a great price on the poser. They matched the Ebay price on the crayons plus gave me 10% off the poser because I thought the shipping was high. I normally check RR before I order anything online. If I had checked here first I probably wouldn't have ordered from them. I only checked after I didn't get a confirm or shipping email and had called them and they said they would check on it. Anyway my package arrived today 3/12/09 in excellent shape with everything new. Was I Blessed or are they getting better I don't know, I thank GOD it's all good. I may order from them again in the future if they have what I'm looking for and can't find it else where."
"Ordered 1 EXFC54 Fantasy cloth on 2/9/09. Order number 191242. Item back ordered. To be shipped on 2/27/09. Was not shipped. I email company. Told them if the cloth was not available I would order one that is in stock. No response. Waited. Emailed company a 2nd time. Short response--"Cloth will be shipped on 3/6/09" (20 days) Did not notify me of the shpping date and did not supply a tracking number. (Fed Express) Company very slow to respond. At times do not respond at all. Poor customer service. I will not purchase from this company again. Do not buy products from this company or you will have regrets. Many negative reviews."
"Watch out for this scam of a company. They leave "In Stock" on the website so you order it and then when you call to check because it hasn't arrive three weeks later they say two weeks. Then you call back again and they say two weeks. They tell you 25 were mis-tagged or mis counted and they apologize. Then they say depending on the import delays it may be longer. They won't refund your shipping and if they decide to refund your shipping they say they have to cancel you order completely and you have to order again. Putting you even farther back on the list. If you get customer service on the phone watch out they're very touchy. You can't get irritated or they hang up on you. No price or deal is worth this. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY."
"Ordered Aug 2008, today is December 9, 2008 still have not received my product but my credit card was charged for it when I placed the order, Every time I call them they say it will be in the 15th of the following month, hey a lot of 15th pass by and no product, I saw them in the javits center show this past oct, they had the product in display at a special price, I made believe I was a new customer and ask to purchase the item and when will I receive it, they said in a week then I told them who I was, they made a call to their office and responded to me that it was still back ordered, how can you show your product in a big show like the Javits Center and sell it with an arrival time of a week but you know that you don't have the product in stock for months? Should I wait another 5 more months for my product to arrive?
Hey they sent me a gift certificate for $20 for compensation but I can only use it on regular priced merchandise and I need to spend another $100.00, what do you think, is this a certificate to make me feel good or to make me spend another $100 in a product that will never arrive?

"I purchased from Backdrop outlet a custom Computer painted canvas. They told me 3 weeks till I would get it. When it just showed up at my door I was shocked. I got it early and it looks great. I am very happy with the canvas and plan to order other items with them as my business increases.

"It took them 62 days to complete my order of 5 items (including two free muslin bags), which was shipped in 4 separate shipments. They never gave me any shipping information or order status updates, unless I emailed them specifically asking for it. A couple of times they told me they shipped my remaining order, only to find out that it was yet another partial shipment. I was polite and patient with them through this whole process, and gave them a good rating on ebay, which I gave on good faith that the problems with my order were an isolated case. I now wish I could take back the good rating I gave them, because when I returned to ebay to give them more business, I found that they blocked me from bidding on their items. Imaging that...they made all the mistakes, then penalized me for them. I just don't get it. I guess they got annoyed with my several emails following up on my order, asking for information that a good merchant would have provided without follow-up. So I did some searching on the internet, and found out that their prices aren't even that great, and that I could do better at several of their competitors' sites, so I say good bye and good riddens to Backdrop Outlet!"

Ordered two of the MC1076 muslins last week, first thing I noticed (and should have gone with my original suspicion) on the product item page there was no color description, and image showed a grayscale color, exactly what I wanted.
Called the order in and asked sales specifically if this backdrop was indeed grayscale and he said it was, and I ordered two. When I received the items and opened the box, they were anything but grayscale, shades of brown, purple, and other colors...not what I wanted, and not even close to what was stated.
I called "customer service" and told them the item was not as stated by the salesman and wanted to return them and have the cost of the item and S/H refunded back to my CC and get a UPS label emailed to me..."no problem, we will email it to you."
Got the RMA email, no UPS label, and refund is only good for exchange, or, in store credit.
Called "customer service" again and was told basically. "so sorry. too bad, and f**k you," the worst part about this experience, I didn't even get a kiss afterward.
So, hopefully people will take this $318 lesson to heart and don't be tempted by a these scammers.
