They have thousands of style backgrounds so I was aware that it would have to be made to order as how are they going to stock 1000 and 1000 of styles. The background looks great and I am very happy. Prior to ordering the products it tells you it's in stock but once the order is placed it then tells you it's on back order. I've placed a total of 3 orders with this vendor and I regret them all. My challenge was to find out whether the item was suitable for my particular needs and if I'd be able to receive the shipment across the Nation before my due date.
I was assured that my backdrops would be cut and sewed the same afternoon as well as shipped!
My order arrived on time as promised. I have since placed an order for yet another product from Backdrop Outlet. "
"I just reported them to the BBB. I've had it. Never have I had such horrible customer service. Nothing I order EVER comes on time. I have been waiting 2 months for a childs HAT. Can you imagine, a hat. Also a childs recliner. It doesn't help if it says in stock, because it never is. I ordered the plastic numbers from them and it took FOREVER. "My first order was 1 candy stick and it came within a week. I ordered many more items..everything but the candysticks have arrived quickly. After many times contacting customer service,and having them promise me over and over again that they were on there way, 2 of them finally did, 1 1/2 month later..then I ordered a third 1 because they ran a special..well that was over a month ago. Why put a special on, if you do not have the inventory? When I contact them they'll say.."there are many orders before yours" or " we are sending this tomorrow" never does it come. It saddens me, because I love the candysticks quality, but after this arrives, I won't order from them again."
"I have had the same horrible, frustrating experiences as all of the rest of you. A "customer service" (and I use that term loosely)rep named Amber admitted to me that, other than having a few items in their showroom, they don't actually stock anything. That's why everything seems to be "backordered." When you order online the customer MUST check to see that the words "In Stock" show up next to the item in the order screen, if it doesn't, then it will take 3 forevers for you to get your order. IN NO PLACE on the website or in your order confirmation email will they tell you that items are backordered. Also, these people are LIARS. She kept telling me my product shipped but refused to give me a tracking #. So, after some pressing I get a tracking #. Later, I find out that they just printed a shipping label in order to generate a tracking# but didn't actually ship the product. It took a month for them to ship that item. Ridiculous. We get what we pay for!"

"Forget the times stated to process and ship your order. It has been a month already and no product or communication from them. I emailed them no response, I called them and they just don't give a darn. They blame everything on the production company. If they know it takes two months or what ever, then just tell me that up front and let me decide if that's ok. I can assure you this will be my first and last order even if the product turns out to be nice. "
