"TERRIBLE!!!!The website looked legitimate with a huge selection. However, Christmas morning led to 15 hours of assembly for my husband, who is an engineer. The directions were in broken English and incomplete. The flight simulator was a joke as well. The whole product appeared to be a racket as the return instructions indicate only unassembled planes can be returned. This is impossible as the parts have ...to be glued together for assembly only to discover there are no real direction as to how to get it in the air. This Banana Hobby plane never took flight and was a disappointing gift from Santa. Today Dec. 26th, I opted to call the company to find out they don't reopen until Jan 3rd??????I'll keep posting anywhere conceivable until this is resolved as well as take the matter up with the better business bureau if needed."

"What,placing the order? Ooh Banana Hobby accepted my money very smoothly,but they fail to deliver on their assurance of delivery in 3-4days! I went over my request with fine toothed phone calls and emails for re-assurance that my sons would receive their order B4 Christmas Day,and I was;Tracking CLEARLY stated the first check"by 12/21/2011". NOT!After Failing that promised delivery date, I submit another tracking request,and it NOW promises delivery on the 23rd! Needless to say Christmas has come and gone,still NO Banana hobby delivery to my address.
Oh!I dare not forget to mention this email I've just received;In essence It read " your order will be delivered on 12/29/2011 by ups".Boom! that's it!
Let me say to Banana,other than stop acting that way,"If a customer is spending $200.00 on a product just before Christmas,They want it, just before Christmas! If a few more dollars were needed to help YOUR shipping,get my order to me on time! I would have gladly paid it! NOT for YOU(Banana),But for the smiles that would have been on my sons faces!!

"Excellent I recieved my jets in time for Christmas took about an hour to put both together took them out the day before Christmas they fly very nice but the biggest issue was battery if you use a 65c 2 cell the jets fly really great any battery below 45c doesn't produce enough power I personally am using Thunder power 325mah 65c 2 cell in the mig 15 and in the F-16 I'm using the Turnigy 350mah 65c 2 cell both batteries perform great the Thunder Power fits like it was made for the mig 15 no mod needed. "Will never order from them EVER again, Their Customer Service Refused to Release funds back to my bank after cancling my order. Also refused to call the Bank for my to fix the problem, spent close to 5 hrs fighting with them to fix it. Customer Service had me call my bank and call them on 3 way, and when I did that they where like "what" we do not know what you are talking about. So did BananaHobby deliver the answer is NO, I no longer have my order number but my name is David Dewberry, ( then again your company might not be able to find the order that way), I see also that when I go and look at the reviews for BH, there are none, isn't that funny, guess they where all BAD!!!!Also It took you guy 31 days to look at your reviews.WOW
