"I really enjoyed the videos that helped me select the perfect airplane to get started with. The instructions for putting together the plane were a little vague on the sky surfer, but not impossible to figure out. (pics a little too blurry to read in the manual). Other than that, no complaints and extremely happy with the price and service that I received. I'm ready to go start flying. Thanks."
"The airplane is packed well and it shipped just fine. Only complaint is there should be two tubes of glue rather than one. I used all of one tube just to glue the wings together. So far so good. Deserves about a 4.5 stars, in reality.
Followup 1/25. I'm not a happy BH customer. The airplane is cheap Chinese manufacture. The tx won't bind with the rx after two other "experts" tried. Replaced the rx and used my own tx and worked ok. Instructions were poorly written. Now that wings on fins are glued on, if I wanted to return, I'd have to break it apart. Tried emails and phone calls to BH with no response. Not happy."
"Had an issue with BH with an order about 6 months ago; however, thought I would give them another shot. Ordering process went very smoothly. All necessary disclaimers about holiday shipping were in plain view on the website which left no surprises. Shipping was expedient and clearly communicated through email as well as a phone call. "I ordered a sky surfer RC plane and I knew it was back ordered when I placed the order. I was a little worried becuase it had an send date of late December. Was not sure how that was going to work. But I received an email from BH telling me the order would ship in 2-3 days. It did and I got it on December 27. I have not had a chance to do a complete inventory, but the box was in good condition. So they did exactly what I expected to. A good experience"

"I ordered 2 jet planes. One being an F-22 and the other an F-14, both was ordered on the website which was very user friendly however the F-22 Instruction manual is not so user friendly.
The diagrams are very small not detailed for novice users also you will require a magnify glass to view it.
I am shuffling back and for with the F-14 manual just to get an idea of how to finish assembling the F-22. (Need help or a more detail manual).
Beside that little obstacle I am satisfy with Banana Hobby products."

"I ordered a remote controlled jet for my husband as a christmas gift. I will admit I did not order it till 12/20 but my confirmation e mail did state that it would ship in 2-3 days, however it is now the 27th and my order still has not shipped. I did call customer service on the 24th and they told me it would ship that day or Tuesday the 27th but still no e mail telling me it shipped, so I cannot comment on the condition of the merchandise upon delivery. The web site is easy to navigate and concise on what equipment would be needed. The customer service agent I spoke to was nice but I wish they had a little more urgency to expedite shipping over the holiday season. The web site did mention that they were relocating warehouses the last 2 weeks of December and shipping would be delayed as a result. My comment on that is the last 2 weeks of December is a poor choice of when to have that kind of disruption in service."

"so far, very disappointing. the plane was for my 15 yr old son. He was excited, but the plane flew 3 times, crashed(his first RC plane)and the battery shorted on the third crash. YOur office is closed until January 3rd so he is very disappointed. the wing and fuselage were damaged by the low level flights.not happy right now"
