The gal I spoke to about my order never called me back with a status and I receive my order the following week and only received 2 of the 3 products I ordered. Not impressed."

I'm glad you reached out. I checked when this order was placed and a order confirmation did go to your email address you provided on the order. When you called for tracking since the order hadn't shipped we didn't have any tracking to share with you. I show the order was delivered on the 2nd so earlier than your estimated delivery date so that parts good. I'm dealing with the manufacture now to see why the 3rd unit hasn't arrived yet. All three were ordered so we're a bit confused too. I promise we will get to the bottom of this and have an answer for you today. ”

"Before placing the order I feel as though you should be able to submit your photos & see the layout! It is a bit nerve-wracking to not see what your final product will look like until after submitting payment. Would have gone with another company because of this if you weren't the only one we could find with our specific size banner needed.
Called the Utah office to have some questions answered about the process & Anthony was kind & clear.

I think you are referring to the way it works if you were ordering business cards or brochures online? You can see a proof of your uploaded file on screen to see how it’s going to get trimmed etc.
Unlike ordering business cards, etc., we have so many sizes and styles of displays that we prefer to have an actual person review your files and make sure everything is OK, rather than software. That way we can look for problems that software can’t catch, and potentially fix things that software wouldn’t be able to. We also offer templates for all our displays, so you can use those to be sure your design will fit properly in advance. If you select the PDF proof option, then we send you a proof for approval prior to printing so you see how it will look, and make any changes if necessary before your file is printed. Since the software versions are really just showing you your own file, and you have the ability to do that yourself before you send it, we think having an actual person review your file is more valuable, even if it comes later in the process. If you’re really unsure, you can always e-mail us your file in advance and we’re happy to look at it and let you know if we see any problems before you order.
