Having said all of this, here is our original response to your first review:
Andy, I’m sorry that you ended up with the wrong size stand, but as we explained, there are 3 places in the description of the product that clearly say what size banner each size stand holds, there are templates that show this, as well as instructions with diagrams that also show this. While we feel the website is very clear, when you were confused you did the right thing to call for clarification. When you called we told you to order the 16" size for your 16" banner, but that the 60" height of your banner would not work with this display. Instead, based on the option label, you chose a different size than what we told you to select, so that’s why you received the wrong size. We never treated you like you were stupid. People make mistakes and we’re happy to help correct the situation when this happens, which we did by arranging an exchange of the parts to make the stand the size you need with the only cost to you being the shipping. We were even able to have the parts ship the next day for you, which isn't always possible. I’m sorry that wasn’t satisfactory and that you feel you were treated poorly as we did our best to resolve this for you and never want a customer to feel that way. ”
