“Hello Jenika, We hear some concerns from time to time about cost of shipping and it's hard to turn that around. We work really hard to package items as compact as we can to keep these costs down, but with UPS moving to dimensional weight it makes it hard. This pole is shipping from Utah so the transit isn't a short one which adds to the cost as well. Complaints like this are why most companies won't even offer replacement parts, but we feel like it's better than making our customers buy new stands. We do appreciate your feedback and the order. ”
