“Lisa, That Wind Dancer Mini ships in two boxes. Box 1:16"x16"x6" 3# Box 2: 56"x4"x2" 3#. Shipping from IL to WI ground. You paid $45.57. UPS does dimensional weight and we don't have any control over what they charge. I'd be interested in how you like the stand or if you had any interactions with any staff? Please always know we're here to help. If something seems off it never huts us to check it. In this case I did check it to make sure and UPS quoted me $52.01, but their rates to fluctuate daily. Our site also has the ability to ship on your own UPS#. If you have FedEx we can also help with that. ”

Our system along with your bank will not allow transactions to clear your account without correct information. This was for your own protection.
