“Dean, I'm sorry you feel that way. I wanted to be sure the charge of $117.58 was accurate so I reached out to UPS to verify the information. The QuickSilver 60 banner stand is long. 65x13x5 weighing 25 pounds. UPS goes by dimensional weight and this was shipping from UT to FL, via 3 day select. So once you put the size along with the quicker shipping method chosen is why the cost was what it was. I am excited to hear how you liked the product and how it worked for your show. "The shipping fee is exorbitant"
“Paul, Thank you for the order and review. It's not Banner Stand Pro's who is charging you the shipping it's UPS. Our website is integrated with them and our negotiated rates are used. They have moved over to dimensional weight or will even use the actual weight if that is more. The shipping cost is the only thing we have no control over. Now obviously if you had your own UPS# you're always welcome to ship on that. Please give us a call if you have further concerns. We would much rather hear from you during your process so we can fix it in a more timely manor. ”
"Shipping cost more than product"
“Jeremiah, I've covered this in multiple reviews. We're one of the only companies that offer parts. Since you've never ordered from us, I'm guessing you've found a part we sell that the company you received the stand from does not. We offer these parts, because we feel strongly that a perfectly good stand shouldn't end up in the landfill, just because you've lost / broken a pole, or any other part. We also price them as low as we can. That is the only cost we can control. UPS charges what it charges and my guess is the part and shipping would still be cheaper than buying a whole new stand. You're also always welcome to ship on your own UPS account. ”

“Miguel, I've tried calling you a couple of times as I'm not completely sure what you mean in this review. Your shipping was $26.40 for 11 banner stands, shipping from UT to AR. This is a great cost. "I normally use the website for ordering but it is becoming slow and difficult to see the type written text on the sight (The typed fields are a very light grey text).
Also the cost of shipping is higher than other re-sellers and at times caused a few cancelled orders because the shipping made the purchase too expensive.
