When our banner arrived it was orange rather then red. When contacting Banner Buzz we were told it was exactly as we approved and have no recourse. I requested that they take us off of their mailing list. Steer clear of Banner Buzz!"
" The customer service doesn't speak English. I ordered 6 Feather Banners A MONTH AGO & NEVER GOT THEM. My event is tomorrow, they PROMISED ME FRIDAY they'd be here TODAY & left me hanging - found out THEY WEREN'T EVEN MAILED YET.
DO NOT USE THEM, especially IF YOU HAVE TO COUNT ON SOMETHING YOU NEED. TRUST ME. Getting a refund was like pulling teeth, we couldn't understand them through their broken English truthfully. Call Customer Service BEFORE you do anything - it will matter."
"Don't bother wasting your money. Their website claims their banners will last 3-5 years, yet I've only owned my $300 feather banners for 5 months and already the hole has poked through the top of the fabric. The feather flag came down because the pole poked through and now the pole is broken two and pieces are missing. These fabric banners need to be reinforced at the top to prevent this from happening. The breakage of these banners is a direct result of poor quality workmanship. I called for a replacement and spoke to the service manager Sam Freeman. He offered me 10% off a new set of banners and refused to replace them under warranty because it "expires after 120 days". That's not what the FAQ section of the website states. So I've owned my banners 4 months, the warranty expired last month, now my banners are trash. HUGE waste of $300 and very poor customer service."
"Made in India garbage. Sent me cards with typo even after I proofread them and approved. 2 of the cards had pen marks and about 10 or 15 of them had some weird embossing. Probably from another order...Waiting for my refund...We'll see."
"I've ordered on January 24th 3 stretched custom table covers to be delivered on January 29th, called on the 27th to ask for the tracking code and they said their printing machine broke, and they were willing to send regular custom table covers for free to be delivered on the 30th early am, (before 10 am) and they would ship from china the original order on Feb 1st, which i accepted.
then 10 minutes after, and after calling my client to let him know everything, the company called again to say it was impossible to send me the thursday order.
on the 29th they did't sent me the tracking number yet, so i went to the chat and they said they would try to deliver it on the 31st... and if im not happy they can send a refund.. they are washing their hands."
"Should of shopped around a bit more but I went with other reviews. Urgh.. mistake. 1st of many! I trusted the woman on the phone who made it very clear she really couldn't be bothered to help me. Again, going by rating I thought I would persevere. 2nd mistake. Trusted that stupid witch when she told me to leave a note in the notes section for someone to call me. No one called. I called them, still one called me. 3rd mistake. Gave up after that. Why would I expect a dead horse to get up and run? So I figured I would give them a shot and at least see. Arrived. As expected not the quality. Quality was a good as the service .. hence the one star rating. Dont waste you money. My guess is they are paid reviews."
