"Every aspect of dealing with this company has been a nightmare. Between the inept people who call themselves designers, yet don't even know the meaning of the words "back" and "front", to the managers who guarantee time frames they have no intention of even trying to meet, to the "customer service" associates who just keep telling you to let them know why the proof isn't right even after you've told them over a dozen times, my entire transaction has been an absolute disaster. I'm convinced they have employees writing their glowing reviews. I'm still waiting for a call back from Friday night (it's now Monday morning), but got 4 emails in the same time period telling me to approve the proof I had told them repeatedly was not right. Don't waste your time."
"Ive spend the last 2 days trying to order two SIMPLE window decals for my business.
-the wording on the website is confusing and unless you are a pro decal guy/gal, you may not pick out the right material and cut.
-this was the case for both of my logos. The first proof I caught the issues and did the live chat to ask questions on what to order to get the look i wanted. The guy was confusing and by the end, he told me i had to start the process all over with a brand new order. He could not just correct my order to what we talked about. Um ok...
-Ok, so day 2. I order again what I think is the right material and cut for my window decals. Get the proofs and again, its not what I'm wanting. Get on live chat again explaining in detail the look I want hoping the expert can just tell me what its called and how to correct it. But instead this guy Josh keeps sending me generic answers quoting what they emailed me the day before on the first order and how i can request new proofs by emailing some address. He even got an attitude when i told him he isn't answering my questions. Like i was taken back. He can see I'm confused and need expert help but that is the opposite of what he gave me. I'm done with wasting my time with this company. "
"I have purchased a backdrop banner from this vendor. IThe metal frame broke after 2 times as used in only 2 exhibitions. After 20 minutes text chatting and another 15 minutes over the phone with Mr. Lopez (the manager) I was told that they only offer warranty on the fabric but zero warranty on the hardware (what a joke) I wanted to purchase another backdrop but Mr. Lopez refused to offer a discount to make up or the low quality product I bought eeventhoug I am a great customer with multiple purchases. STAY AWAY .... and look for a company that operate inside the USA and do care about their customers."
"Ordered an 8x8 step and repeat from Banner Buzz. Received it yesterday and did a test setup with photos. Very happy with the quality. I'm leaving this review because what I received exceeded my expectations.
Before ordering I had spent a few hours going over different company reviews. The Banner Buzz website looked like what I wanted but some of the reviews I read gave me second thoughts. I then saw an ad on social media where other customers were posting complaints. This further made me look into different options.
I finally ordered with Banner Buzz because of a price discount that put the 8x8 step and repeat in the ballpark with lower priced competitors. (There were also some competitors that lured me in with low prices but then jacked up the shipping price to compensate. I did not appreciate the bait and switch and will not order with a company that does that).
I was hoping the step and repeat would look good but knew that the reality was that, for the price, this was not going to look like the Academy Awards. I am blown away - it actually DOES look like the photos. We are thrilled. It also arrived exactly within the time window estimated at time of ordering.
I will say that I started to do the step and repeat graphic myself but decided to hire the local print shop to create it for me. This might have had a lot to do with the final product. The step and repeat graphic I submitted was full resolution. For a professional graphic artist this probably takes under a minute to create.
So, bottom line, I highly recommend Banner Buzz for the step and repeat. I also highly recommend to submit a proper full-resolution graphic that is properly formatted.
For the record, I have never ordered a step and repeat before, I have never purchased with Banner Buzz before and I have no affiliation with the company."

"Poor designers, awful customer service. The telephone support team barely speaks English (I presume they're based in India), the chat support refers you to email support, support tickets are closed w/o resolution, and the email support refers you to design. One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had.
I submitted a simple vector logo for stickers, and the designers did a very sloppy job rendering. When I requested a revision, the designers took nearly a week to respond, trying to charge me $30+ more for white ink (which I did not request, and which is not in the logo). After nearly a month of back and forth, I could not get a proper proof, and I'm even having difficulty now getting a refund.

"I ordered a step and repeat banner for my sons birthday weeks in advance.
I was guaranteed, multiple times, the banner would be delivered on time. I offered to upgrade shipping to ensure deliver and was told no need to. The day before my party the banner didn’t arrive. Even though they provided a tracking number showing shipment, i was unable to track the package . When i called to find out where my banner was, they told me it never actually shipped out! And that it was shipping from India!
They were not willing to pay for a banner company to create a banner for my my event same day, saying it was too expensive bc of being expedited. I ended up paying $750 to a company to make my banner same day, or else I would have lost hundreds of dollars as i hired a photographer and props to surround the banner.

"Company was informed that I needed to change my shipping address due to hurricane michael. I was told it would be rerouted to my current location, not a problem. I just received the fedex tracking info that said it was delivered to the wrong location and not the location that Bannerbuzz told me it would be delivered to. Now bannerbuzz is saying if I want to reorder then thats fine, but its going to be at the original cost. Horrible company! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM"
