"We ordered two things - a bar code scanner and a stand for it. The stand came right away, but there was no scanner. I had to call them to find out where it was, as the order information in the box didn't even list it. The customer service rep was agreeable and looked up the product and told me it was on back-order. She then updated me on when it would get sent out, and also offered a different product if I needed it sooner (I did not, and went with my original order). I would have preferred being told up front that this item was on back-order, but I was glad the problem was resolved quickly, and with only one phone call. The product itself works fine."
