"I love it. wish i could afford a nook. The nook app on my phone has gotten me back into loving reading again which sparked the desire to own a nook. I am very pleased with the free section...lots of great books to start me on the paths to triogies and loving authors again. I even picked up the pen to start writing again. I love barnes and noble and just add a camera feature and you will be the best in my eyes!"

"Extremely satisfied with the Nook support....always been helpful, courteous, and always able to solve my problems. I would like there to be a parental control on the Nook as my children also each have one and I would like them to not have access to my books on the account. I love the ability to pick up at the store option. "

"My experience was was excellent as far as the deals and membership specials that i received. Was unhappy with the fact that i selected 2 to 3 day shipping, order shipped the next day, and yet it took a week for my order to arrived. Only upside to shipping, was i didnt have to pay for it."
