"My experience was good - it's easy to search and find titles on bn.com. I think searching for books within the Nook application leaves something to be desired, though. I use Android devices - things like pressing the back button should take you back a step in your search or browse history, but instead, you're returned to your Library. It's annoying to have to drill down again through the various categories and sub-categories to get back to your place, when you view a title's details."

"Your return policy is too restrictive. 15 days to return a book is almost impossible for us. The worst part is that you don't allow an exception to this policy even if the book is defective. Damaged I can understand, but defective?? Sometimes the cursory look that we do doesn't detect the problem. It is only after our customer gets the book that such a defect is discovered. This is rare, but it does happen. This makes me less inclined to order from you if I can find the book elsewhere."

"I have thoroughly enjoyed looking for and purchasing books for my Nook at Barnes and Noble online. I check out the daily find as often as I can and am able to get a book occasionally from there that I'm interested in. The search ability is excellent and when I find an author I'm interested in checking out I can often find lots of books to choose from complete with lengthy summaries, sample chapters and several reviews from other readers.
Only once have I had a questionable experience when I almost bought a book for Nook which I wasn't aware that it was an abridged edition. I will wait to get the complete book. It was in reading several reviews that I figured it out and was able to avoid buying a book I wouldn't have been interested in.
I like having my own account and being able to buy a book and being able to read it immediately.
I am so pleased with my Nook. It's light weight, lights up so I can read at night and carries all the books I need with me wherever I go."
