"I enjoy using my Nook Touch for reading. I have companioned my iPad 1 as my alternate device and to meet other needs. I have purchased 2 other Nook Touch ereaders for Christmas gifts because I enjoy mine so much. I work in a school and many times the question of which is better Nook, Kindle or iPad comes up. I always say to the person, you need to decide what your specific needs are. I explain why I am a dedicated Nook Touch owner. I explain why I enjoy having two devices as ereaders and why my Nook Touch is my primary ereader device. Barnes and Noble has always offered me wonderful service and products at a competive price. Any time I experienced any problems (rarely) the B and N support staff gave me prompt attention and skilled solutions. And then followed up to be sure my problem was solved!
My Nook has quick access to shopping (it is like going to book Candyland-WOW) and I can download a ebook immediately to read. (magic of technology-amazing) I enjoy the ability to read other consumer comments and to read the book overview and star ratings. Battery life is so impressive! I have enjoyed many of the Free Friday offerings and receiving my B and N newsletters that keep me informed as to what is new. I have even done my own "book reports" and rated and reviewed ebooks I have read. I am a true Nook fan and extremely happy to be a Barnes and Noble member. Thank you for such wonderful ebook options, efficient service support and incrediable technically advanced products!

"This will probably be the last time I order from B&N. The order took almost one (1)month to ship to me. When I tried to cancel part of the order, none of which had shipped, I was told I couldn't. Therefore, I had to pay to return several items.
