"I've had my nook color for about 2 years. I've loved it, but the charger keeps breaking. I've gone though 3 in the past year and half. I tried to find a new charger this week and they did not have them in stock or at the store. After talking to customer support online, they had me call their toll free number. I was told that right now they do not have chargers for my device, but they may be getting some in the future. They suggested I try to find a replacement at a second hand store. Ridiculous!!! I buy your product, but I can't get a charger to use it??? I'm currently using a standard phone charger, but the device never fully charges and doesn't hold a charge for long. I'll be buying a Kindle Fire this weekend. I'll never shop at B&N again."
