"I could not load three new books onto my Nook As I am ederly at 81 and not quite as sharp on the computer I used my computer for a chat with one of your workers He was so patient with me I was able to complete my order. My daughter in law gave me her older version which I was very gratefull. i am waiting for a good sale so I can have a larger screen . Actually that is the only complaint I have . I love also the barnes and Noble store to review your new tablets. Thanks madeline Banker"

"I have been ordering E-books for my new NOOK so that I have them when I go on a trip, or know that I will have a wait someplace.I did read this book that I ordered, account of old west was interesting. Very detailed in some scenes, would call this an adult book. Interesting read."

"I have been a customer of Barnes and Noble for many years (at least 10, if not more) and don't recall ever having had a bad experience. Orders have always been received promptly and in good condition.

I received a Nook Simple Reader as a Christmas gift in 2011 and have used it almost every single day for the past 14 months. I love it! The Free Fridays have allowed me to explore authors and genres I would not have otherwise.

The only thing to make my whole B&N experience better would be to WIN a Nook Tablet!
