"I paid extra for Expess delivery which means I should have received my order in 1-3 Business days. My order was transferred from the origional carrier UPS to the Post Office for delivery. After 3 business days my order sits in a Post Office processing center. who knows when I will recieve my "express shipping" order. Also, I found out that the book was shipped as bounded printed matter...meaning it was sent by the slowest possible means by Barnes and Noble. I got ripped off"

"I am a member of Barnes and Noble and shop there often nearby my home. As an educator and a lover of reading,music and the arts, this place is always like a haven for me. I enjoy the organization and displays. If the store does have what I am looking for, they do not hesitate to order what I need, if this is at all possible.The employees are polite and know their stock. I like the 'neighborhood' atmosphere that the coffee nook makes available. Just last weekend, the store was hosting a group who brought 'service dogs' within a zoned area of the floor space to present how these dogs are used. It was fascinating to take in. I have noticed programs for children and have eavesdropped into their 'corner' for this kind of experience also. Delightful. Sometimes there are sales,especially after the holidays. I like that! What can I say? This store has earned my trust. Last weekend, I ordered a replacement of a book I lost to 'Sandy'. This book was special to me because my brother wrote it. This evening on 12/12/12, the UPS dropped it off at my door at 7PM. That's service."
