When my charger broke barnes and nobles replaced it with no problems and i had it within a few days. My mother had the original nook and was having problems, she called customer service and with the protection plan she was able to get her nook replaced fast."
"Don’t trust BarnesandNobles.com: I placed an order on BarnesandNobles.com, used gift cards and it looked like website showed that the order was accepted and that it would take up to 24 hours for me to get my confirmation (this should have alerted me of a problem website). I trusted that the order was received and I (in hindsight foolishly) threw away a $50 gift card that had been fully used. Long story short, the website lost my order. I called B&N customer service to try to resolve this but was told there was nothing they could do. They took no responsibility for losing my order and have now lost a loyal customer."

"The book that I ordered was low price and in good condition. My only problem was the shipping. I was attempting to track my package but all I was given was a tracking number. I had to figure out what company my Item was shipped through. Luckly there are only 3 major companies that online retailers use so it was a process of elimination. The item was only one day after they expected it to be but that is mostly due to the season most likely."
