"So I ordered on cyber Monday (12/2) for a great deal, but my tracking info says it was damaged in transit and sent back to the warehouse on 12/16. It is the 23rd and I havent received an update with new shipping info, or whether it will be sent out again or even if I am getting a refund. Unfortunately, I called customer care and they are supposed to refund my money, but I never got a confirmation email. I am really disappointed as I am a huge fan of their scents and have been for almost 2 decades. Just unsure of what I should do?"
"My order of 11/29 has been sitting in limbo for 2 weeks. No attempt to contact them has been returned.
Chat is always busy & I cannot wait for 20 min & more on the phone.
Now i must buy new gifts to replace the ones I paid for that they will not send.
I will tell EVERYONE this.
**UPDATE: Finally got a hold of them on chat. Found out they order never shipped & items re no longer available. Will give me a refund, but may take of to 2 billing cycles.
Bottom line, I am still out money, have no products & needed to spend more to replace the gifts I never got.

"What a horribly inept company, their director of online retailing should be fired. It is unbelievable in today’s day and age when you take 6 days to ship your products. I ordered December 15 morning, not scheduled to arrive until December 30th. Really??? Do not buy from them EVER. And fire your lousy management!"
"I have ordered twice from BBWs website. They use lazar ship in my area to deliver packages. The last two packages I've ordered have said delivered left a front door, but there is no package anywhere. I have been home both times they "delivered" and no one came to my door. **** needs to use a different delivery service. I will not be ordering anymore. I never get my produces and Lazar ship and **** don't seem to care. "

They charge for shipping without ever giving a promo code for it. A customer isn't allowed to use more than one coupon online, though we can in the store. And they take forever to ship!"
"I received a card (20% off) with my order from ****. When I tried to use it , it was cancelled by **** on line. When I tried to contact Customer Service about the problem, I was tossed into a sea of previous questions submitted by other customers. I had no idea about the horrible reputation **** had in problem solving or the disrespectful way customers were treated by staff in their stores. This who gives a flying f**k attitude must come directly from the top of the corporation. What kind of a CO would put up with t he horrible ratings I've read today. I count myself lucky that this is the only problem I've had with ****. **** products have always been somewhat over priced, but their products are good, so their problems are not with research and development. It comes from the top and rolls right down to HR and from their to the employees dealing with the public or throwing their customers into a sea of previous questions and issues. I will be somewhat hesitant about making future orders. I am cancelling the order I planned to make today.

"I will never order anything from **** online again. I ordered lotions on 12/8, i received a confirmation email and then on 12/12 i started receiving shipping information. On 12/12, it said my estimated delivery would be 12/18. Well, i have not received ANY updates SINCE 12/12... and my package has not arrived. I emailed customer service and have not heard back and it’s been over 24hrs. There is no longer an estimated delivery on my package tracking either. After 12/18 passed, i have no estimated delivery. Very unsatisfied with this new shipping service and will never order online again."
"It seems like most of us are having this difficulty, we ordered online for the big $5 sale well before the cutoff date for Christmas delivery, and somehow USPS or the shipping company themselves has messed things up royally.
My package was shipped just fine, hit all the right updates right until it went to my hometown. Then somehow it got shipped straight out of my state, and they've stopped updating it.
And I get it. USPS is as stupid a facility as they come, and they're probably at least partially at blame. The bigger problem I have with Bath and Body Works is that for issues like these, they redirect you to Newgistics without considering that Newgistics doesn't actually have a place for consumers to contact them.
Now one of my Christmas presents has a low likelihood of happening, I have no idea if I'll get a refund and permission to buy the products I wanted in-store for the same sale price, and my package is likely sitting in the back of a truck bumping around New Jersey.
These problems seem to only have happened after they switched to this new fulfillment/shipping service. As a lifelong customer it's making me not want to bother shopping online with them anymore until they can get their **** sorted out (quite literally). "
"Alright, so I had ordered some soap when they had there deal, that shipping was perfect. But then, my significant other ordered me some perfume. I’d got the confirmation the next day all that good stuff. The Oder was places the 6th of December it’s now the 18th my order was supposed to arrive yesterday, it’s on its way & now all the sudden my package has been mixed up & may be delayed due to it being sorted the wrong way. I am not impressed one bit with there shipping & they should keep there word within saying when it’ll be there. I will not be ordering offline again, I love there products & always have. "
"WTF, Bath and Body Works. I placed an online order on Sun, 12/9. I have received THREE notifications last week that stated "we are getting your order ready to ship", which led me to believe it would ship the next day. Nope.
Also, I have called their customer service line twice now - 30 minute wait each time. They keep assuring me that I will receive it by Weds, but I STILL don't have a shipped notice.
I will NEVER order online from them again. My last day in the office for the year is Thursday and I am having very low confidence that I will get my order in time to distribute to my coworkers. "
"Much like all of the other reviews, I placed an order back in November, during their Black Friday sales. I was supposed to have it delivered BY December 4th and I have yet to receive it. I placed a call on last weekend and got a message saying they have "a higher than normal call volume and I need to call back later" and hung up on me. I waited until Monday and got through but ended waiting for over 30 minutes to talk to someone. When I did I was blatantly lied to. The customer service representative told me my package was going through ontrack, and there was a failed delivery attempt. I was confused and asked about why they wouldn't leave the package at my door. Then asked about ontrack... She realized I was in Canada. Her story then changed and she basically said I would have to call this Landmark facility, because my package is there. I, of course, can't get through to Landmark, as their website says if there are problems with a delivery I need to contact the retailer I bought from. I wait 2 more days and called back B&BW wait on hold for another 30 minutes and talked to another agent. She was much better than the first agent and told me my package had shipped, but it has yet to be checked into Landmark. She didn't know where it was, but offered to refund my shipping costs, but couldn't get me new products because they were sold out of everything I ordered!?! She assured me my order would eventually arrive, and prays it will come before Christmas, but I have lost all hope it will. Disappointed that I have presents for others that will not be delivered. Just horrible customer service. "
"I placed an online order that was delivered somewhere else. When I checked my email receipt from B&BW the card that was used to pay was NOT my card, yet the card I placed the order with, was billed for the charge. You can’t get anyone on the phone I have waited up to 30 minutes at a time. I also placed another order with the same issue email receipt card was not mine,yet my card was billed for it. I will not stop until I get my order or a credit to my card! Need to note I have also filed a claim with UPS and PayPal that was used for purchase."
"I made two orders. One for Friday 12/7/18 and one on Sunday 12/9/18. I received an email the same day saying the order was confirmed. The first order they two items separately so I got those two. The rest of the first order im still waiting for. I looked at the order status it still says processing. I then received two emails one on Tuesday 12/11/18 and yesterday Thursday 12/13/18 saying the order is about to ship but no other updates. Still hasn’t shipped yet. My second order that I placed on 12/9/18 the status is still in processing status. I then emailed customer service yesterday still no response. But they did say it takes at least 24hrs for them to reply. So I wanted an answer right away therefore I called customer service yesterday and was on hold for 30 min. The girl who took my call was nice but not very helpful at all. She basically said my orders are still processing and that I’ll receive an email once they ship. She also informed me that my first order had to come from two different whatehouses but she could not give me an eta on shipping or anything. My original delivery is said to be between 12/13/18- 12/19-18 for both orders. I’m hoping I get my packages as promised on those dates. But I will not be ordering online again! Lesson learned! Just go to the store! "
