"Placed and order on 12/7 got an email 12/9 stating order is in process ...on 12/10 sent an email and still no response... each time I call the 1800 number it states high call volume ... smh... first and last time >:("
"I placed an order December 1. I received an email December 3 stating my order was being processed- but no order number. Here it is, 11 days later, and I have not received any updates or communication. I have called numerous times and have spent hours on hold!!! Additionally, I have requested several call backs due to their high call volume, but days later have not received anything. When I have tried to call customer service yet again, I get hung up on due to an automated message stating that they are experiencing extremely high call volume. I then sent another online inquiry stating if I do not receive my order by or on December 13, I will file a charge back with my bank. How long did the online inquiry say it would take to receive a response? 3-4 business days! I am moving December 14 from my residence and will not be able to receive mail on or after that date! I cannot even get ahold of the company to cancel or request a change of delivery address- let alone ANY updates!!!! I suspect their 'extremely high call volume' is a lot of very angry people who never received any of their orders. NOT a way to run a company. I am so frustrated, and will not hesitate to file a charge back with my bank. Very unfortunate. "
"My last order delivered to wrong address plus never sent shipping notice. After not receiving anything for 2 weeks I called and they are refunding shipping and an item that is now out of stock. Resending 2 shipping for free but I have my doubts it will be soon. Never again!!!"
"Ordered a package on 12/1. Order said it was processed the same day. So I thought ok, no big deal. WELL over a week goes by and the package hasnt even shipped yet!! Customer service refuses to help or cancel the order instead. Save your time and money and go to Yankee Candle instead! Better quality AND service!!"
"I placed an order in the morning for two new wallflowers and five refills of the scents on December 1. I received a confirmation email the same day. Then two days later I received an email saying my order was being processed. Almost a WEEK later, my order is still being processed and has not even shipped out yet. As a college student, I am very stressed out over this, because I live in a dorm and I leave in less than a week to go back home. I have emailed customer service to figure what is going on, received an automatic email after I sent it saying that it would take no longer than 24 hours for them to reply to my email. Days have passed and I have not received any other email from them. I then got **** off and decided to call them and they said that my order should be in no later than December 11. Well, in my confirmation email it says that it takes three business days to arrive after it has been shipped. Two days passed after I called customer service and my package still has not been shipped. I then direct messaged bath and body works on Twitter because I saw them commenting under peoples tweets to direct message them their issue and they would figure out what was going on. So I sent them a message on Twitter and it took them three hours to reply. They asked for more information on my order. I sent them my order information and I am still sitting and waiting for a reply. Getting even more **** off, I decided to call customer service. I had to call them multiple times because they wouldn't accept my call because they had too many calls. I will never be ordering online from Bath and Body Works again. I only placed this order because it was supposed to be in before I left for home, and I had purchased items for Christmas. Instead of putting out multiple sales every single day that causes an overwhelming amount of people to place orders every day, how about figuring out what is causing the delay in shipping these packages. It is sad that such a successful company has such a poor delivery service. They charge customers for shipping, just for the customer to have an awful experience. I am very disappointed in my experience and do not advise anyone to purchase online from Bath and Body Works, especially during the holiday season.
I want to add a side note that I did not have an issue with the employees when I called customer service, they were always kind and helpful. It is trying getting to get ahold of customer service that is difficult. "

"This was the FIRST online order and will be my LAST. I was traveling out of the country, so I ordered early Tuesday morning (before Mother's Day). Asked them to send a simple gift card!! I finally got an email saying it was shipped out on FRIDAY!!
Of course it did not make it to my mother in time for Mother's Day. Nowadays, it should not take a week lead time to get a gift delivered. They lost me as a customer."
"I really like Bath & Body Works products. They are wonderful! BUT unfortunately, they use OnTrac shipping. OnTrac is impossible to reach, and only delivers when they feel like it! My package is out for delivery every day, but goes back to the Hub at night. This can go on for days!!!"
"I placed an order at 9:10 pm on 1/20 and got a confirmation saying my order had been processed at 9:14pm the same day. On 1/29 I called to find out when my order was expected to ship since it had been over a week. After being on hold for about 30 minutes, someone answered and told me it would ship by 1/31. He also offered to refund my shipping, but I had gotten a promo code that gave me free shipping and told me never mind. At 10:30 AM on 2/1, I got another email apologizing for the shipping delay and saying they had refunded my shipping, which was still $0. Later that day, I got tracking information which said my package would be delivered on 2/5. It is now 2/5, their tracking website is still saying the package will be delivered today, but the OnTrac website (the shipping carrier, which is in Pheonix; I am in California) is saying the package hasn't even been received by them. I feel completely helpless and the company will not do anything to help me besides offering me free shipping, which was already free in the first place. "

"i ordered a few items on november 27 (cyber monday) and a few days later got a email that my order was processing, then one day after that that my order was ready to ship. Now I've placed my order 2 weeks ago and my order still has not shipped. i made a complaint with their customer service online and they said they would refund me the 5.99 for shipping (first of all that is pretty high shipping cost) and that it would take a few days for my account to be credited the money, im still waiting for my items to ship and my refund and am very concerned that i will not get my order in time for christmas. "I placed a small order on 12/8/17. On 12/16/18 I received an email with all kinds of exclamation points telling me my order has shipped!!! Now, 4 days later, the carrier still says it's waiting for receipt of the shipment. Will never order from Bath and Body Works again. "
"I placed an order on Dec. 1, for ten three wick candles that cost over $100. My candles were suppose to arrive on he 7th!!!!!!!!! It is now Dec. 20th and STILL no candles. Calling customer service is a waste because you wait on the phone for over thirty minutes. When I track my package it says that they have been broken twice and were returned to shipper. Such a bad experience, and reading that others are having this same problem here at the holidays is sickening. I will never order from here again!!"
"Placed a SMALL online order on December 1, 2017 . Received emails on December 3rd and 5th that my order was processing. Received a 2nd email on December 5th that my order shipped. I emailed an inquiry concerned as this small order contained a gift that I was nervous would not arrive in time, but Customer Service assured me the item would arrive by December 8th via FedEx Home Delivery. That date came and went with no delivery. I sent another inquiry regarding my delivery to only receive another response with the tracking and that my order could be looked up on their site or FedEx. When tracked, the item only shows "Label Created". I tried calling Bath & Body Works multiple times, but wait on hold for 45 minutes and never get to speak to a human. Another email gets me credited my shipping, but still the issue is not resolved. I inform Customer Service that I expect my order be resent and expedited as my order is NOT arriving as promised. This time I receive a voicemail at home and an email stating that they WERE going to resend my order, but the items are no longer available. I should wait until December 18th (today) to receive my order or they can send something they have or credit my entire order. This is beyond ridiculous. "
