Items been confirmed, processed but...

"I placed an order 12/5 and on 12/7 received email stating it's been processed hoping by Monday 12/11 it's shipped. I understand it's an order with 10 items but Christmas is inching near and I'm afraid I won't get my families gifts in time."

Bath and body works, it's just the best!

"I have had many , many orders from bath and body. Not only is there a vast variety of wonderful scents, but theyes come in many forms. Candles, body lotions, shower gels, spray body fragrances, wall outlet scents , lip balms, insence warmer fragrances & so much more. They usually have money saving premotions all ways going on. But premotions or not, the products are all very fairly priced, for such a good quality product. I have always had nothing but great expierences , "and I know you will too"! My opinion, "EVERYONE SHOUTCAST TRY IT"!"

I do hate shopping, especially in the mall, however.....

"At Store #1110 at the Treasure Coast Square, in Port Saint Lucie, FL - there is a young man by the name of Aaron who is incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, charismatic, and he really knows about all the items within Bath & Body Works. The first time I went in, he immediately left me with the impression that he is a true professional. And it is because of him that I now go back to this store (first I see if he's there or not). He should be a mentor for those who are just starting out in retail. What a delightful young man! He is the type of employee you need and should promote as soon as possible. He will not let you down. You can feel and see in his eyes that he truly enjoys what he does. He's definitely managerial material. Way to go, Aaron! Hope to see you next time!"

The worst

"For a big company such as bath and body I am disappointed in the delivery service.... no tracking number in the 2017 to see when your package is gonna arrive. And then by the time u call them ur package was attempted to be delivered but fail so it coming back to us. The rubbish...."

Pumpkin pecan waffle candles

"All I can say about this candle is ❤️❤️❤️❤️ We normally burn our candles by the season.but I just want to burn this one all year round. I have brought a total of 7 in this scent. I'm so in love with this fragrance."

"I purchase a lot of products at B&BW, probably more than I should. Two major complaints I have are:

1) They say they guarantee all their products; if you don't like something bring it back. I rarely have used this policy but lately since I purchase so much I decided that when I don't like something I will return it. I normally have the receipt but occasionally do not. They have a policy of making you show your ID (driver's license) which they run through a machine. When asked why they do this they say because you can only return products so many times in a 90 day period and also because (if you don't have a receipt) it might be stolen products and they want to prevent people from returning stolen product. So, for those of us who are honest and pay for our goods we get to be penalized because of the thieves. If you don't have a receipt I can understand the "show your ID policy" but with a receipt I find this policy unacceptable.

2) My second complaint...don't bother writing a negative review on their website for any product or mention any prices. It will not get posted. They send your review back stating that what you wrote does not comply with their Review Rules. I always wondered why almost every review I read was 4 or 5 stars and now I know.

I will buy only my favorite products from here on out from B&BW but will not spend near the amount of money I have in the past to try anything new from them. Also, all their sale coupons emailed to you or really all the same...just stated different to make you believe you are getting a much better deal than the time before. They are good at this...so buyer beware!

"I can see why there are fewer and fewer men shopping in Bath & Body Works stores. Over the years, and I have been a faithful customer, they have replaced or discontinued men's products, even while it seems they expand on the women's side. I have had favorites over the years such as Woods and especially Oak - both in the body soap and deodorant spray. But they were discontinued and replaced with Amber. OK, so i got used to Amber since it was the only line that was similar to Oak. Now they have discontinued Amber and replaced it with a god-awful sweet smelling Mahogany. I tried it for the first time today and following the shower, immediately threw out the whole bottle. I will use my last Amber up and then start looking for other suppliers of men's products. Bath and Body Works has achieved their objective of turning men off to their products. We can no longer depend on them for a product we enjoy."

"

I came in to browse the store and Bath & Body works has a tester for each product encouraging you to test and try the products before buying. Because of the encouragement and invitation to sample each product I did exactly that. My boyfriend went shoe shopping so I was taking my time trying the different products to decide what I enjoyed and what I would like to ultimately purchase. An associate by the name of "Beth" approached me asking if she could help me with something and I politely decline to which she replied " if you have any questions or need help please come find me." With that being said I continued smelling the tester products and with so many to pick from I was taking my time relaxing and enjoying my visit in the store. Not long after that Beth approached me again ( I saw her watching me) and she asked once again If I needed her assistance. I replied once more, no thank you, I am fine. I found a product that I loved very much and was standing there trying to decide whether I would like the lotion or shower gel and she was watching me and came up to me and for the 3rd time rudely asked "can I help you?!" Within 20 minutes I was watched , asked 3 times what I needed and because of how rude she was it occurred to me that she had profiled me and knew in my gut that she thought that I was a thief trying to steal the products! I am in no way a thief and have always enjoyed shopping there and being able to take my time trying to smell the different products that you are invited to do. My heart sank and I was deeply offended. At this point I wanted to leave the store but made my purchase merely to prove the point that she was incorrect, and I am no thief! I have never in my life been so uncomfortable shopping and browsing, especially in a store where you are encouraged to try the different products. I do understand that stores need to keep vigilant because I understand the loss of merchandise is in the millions and even possibly billions but if Bath & Body Works policy is to make their customers feel uncomfortable and watched, while it is encouraged by their store to try the many products, I can no longer use, support, or promote the Bath & Body Works products. I feel as though I had been profiled and discriminated against. I emailed a complaint on their website under questions and concerns stating I would receive an email in return, about how uncomfortable my shopping experience was. Unfortunately I never received a reply from them. Not even an apology. I would like it if they had another more productive less aggressive means to monitor customers without offending or making us feel uncomfortable. Even and apology would suffice. I personally feel even a coupon or a complimentary item of some kind could make me feel as though they actually care about their customers. I have a sour taste in my mouth especially after they haven't even had the courtesy to respond to me with an apology about my awful experience in their store

"I am very disappointed in the candles from White Barn, the 3 wick candles do not stay lit, they should advertise them as 2 wick candles. My candles have only burned half the way down before one of the wicks failed. :-( I will stick with Yankee Candles from now on!"

"Items were well packaged, as I had glass items in the box and all items were received complete and nothing was broken. All items were brand new. Excellent products, excellent smells. Very cute box. Got a coupon for 20% off in the box as well which was nice. Overall, excellent experience ordering and product quality. The only issue I have is my order was shipped UPS because I don't get mail delivery where I live. In mid shipment my order was taken off the UPS truck and given to USPS. I had to drive 25 miles to the post office in hopes of picking up the package, as that is where the tracking information stated it was located. when I got to the post office, they had to look through every package they had and then they called another post office just to find my package. I found out my package was at a post office 25 miles the other direction, and by the time I got there they were closed. I couldn't get my package until I picked it up at the post office the next day. I sure hope this issue gets resolved because I really love their products and I will be placing orders there again in the future."

"Placed an order for one lotion on 10/17, I received the order confirmation shortly after. I received an email the next day 10/18 that the order was shipped, but it's not until 10/19 5:30pm that the order is actually "shipped". So just keep in mind that it's at least two business day for simply processing. They should try to be more efficient on this aspect.

Besides the shipping process, the item came packaged well in a box. No problems with that.

"I order from Bath & Body several times a year, never under $150-$200 for birthdays for all 6 of my daughters, then my own and my largest yearly purchase right after Christmas which I just recieved. They are on the East Coast and I am West Coast it only takes about 7 days to get here from order date. I have never had one single problem and like ALMOST all the fragrances. Really enjoy the seasonal as well-and candles are a huge bonus for gifting. I am very very satisfied with this company."

"My experience has really not been good. The short: in almost a month I have not received the product I ordered, and I can't seem to get anywhere with customer support.

The details: I live in a small town and the store where I normally buy my favorite shampoo was out, and they recommended I get it online. So I go online and see that Bath and Body Works carries my shampoo. So I order the product. I notice it take longer than normal to ship, about 3 days, but it doesn't bother me that much. I wait quite a while for it to arrive and then I call customer service, they say to give it until the 30th of November (although they could not track it). I wait. No shampoo. So I call December 1st, 15 days after I placed the order, and they determine that UPS never picked it up, Bath and Body works had lost the order. So the "ship" a replacement. That replacement did not ship until the 5th of December, and now, the 13th I have yet to receive it. All this time I have been out of shampoo! Quite a bummer.

Bath and Body Works is slow, disorganized and failed with customer service.

As a side note, after emailing this review to Bath and Body Works, they gave me credit for my shampoo, so they do care! Extra customer service points.
