First the camera was lost in the warehouse, was lost by FedEx, then never shipped but would ship and finally they demanded a second payment, circumventing Amazon, without refunding the first. Literally the worst experience I've ever had with a Nikon authorized dealer. The worst part of all is that they've wasted 11 days and I've missed Nikon's holiday pricing and the same camera bundle would cost me $650 more. I'm so very upset with Beach Camera and I'd have to be insane to pay them a second time for a camera they never shipped. "
