"Well, I do not even know where to start. I purchased some nice Ninja refurbished oven from BC that was advertised as like-new, but when I got the item, it had a few dents. One small one on the front door, and the other really big one on the back. Anyway, I contacted the BC and after a few back and forth messages with a few different customer experience representatives Yanill T. offered to give me a discount if I would like to keep the product, which I agreed on. Before writing this review, I read some other reviews and saw many other people had similar experience, which is buying a like new product and receiving a damaged item. So the team is doing a good job on customer support side to keep everyone happy, but they seems to have a lot of issues with sipping damaged items. "

"I had a problem with the 40lb ice maker that I purchased. It turns out it was a manufacturing defect. I contacted customer service and was put into contact wit Louis Zambrano. He sent me.out a replacement machine and I received it within 4 days. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the entire process of getting a new machine and getting rid of the defective one. If anyone has a problem and needs to speak with customer service, hope that you get Luis because he made it a painless process for me and even though I had to replace the machine it was an enjoyable experience.
