"I am sure they probably have great items but I misread the dimensions and was out of 200 for two bar stools. I called & emailed customer service who could of cared less. Now I have one stool still in the box and now I will be charged a restocking fee for the other item. I am so disappointed. Wish I would of did more research before ordering. Now I have wasted my time and money. I will never order or recommend this company again."

"I paid a lot of money for my items which I looked everywhere for. I even spoke to customer service and they didn't say there was anything wrong with my order. My pillow said it would take 12-16 weeks to deliver a week later I get an email saying THEY DONT HAVE IT IN STOCK and it was discontinued. You would think they wouldn't have wasted my time n told me that when I spoke to customer service about the pillow but NOO they didn't and now I can't even buy the pillow on Amazon bc they sold the last 2 pieces. "I purchased 3 pendant lights online. They were not the same color as the photo. I informed customer service but they still say I will be responsible for the return shipping which is very expensive. They are heavy pendants.
Also, I had to call 3x to see if my order had been shipped. I did not receive shipping confirmations but received daily marketing emails."
"I recently replaced a ceiling fan, and had a lot of questions about the 'extras' I needed - downrod, adapter for sloped ceiling. The customer service rep who answered the phone was knowledgeable and great to work with - even gave me her direct extension if I had further questions - which I did.
I have shopped Bellacor for lighting and decorative needs. I am always impressed with the selection, quality, and incredibly low prices. Now I am impressed with the customer service!"
"We bought a vanity light. It was easy to order and our order was filled in a timely fashion. When the contractor opened up the box, he said the middle light, unlike the other two, didn't want to turn. He said over time this would cause a problem. He also said the tool to screw in the lights was missing. I called and asked for a new light. They said they'd send it out and also give me instructions to return the one I have. The only thing I've heard from Bellacor has been daily emails about savings and products. I've yet to get one confirming my return or that the other one is on its way. "
