"Have been searching for more of these pillows for quite some time. Everyone else has a long delivery delay, Bellacor delivered right before Christmas and shipping was free. This was my first purchase, but definitely not my last. "
"My first purchase/order with Bellacor was in no way satisfactory. It took a full week for my order to ship. I called to check on my order at the 5 business day mark from when the order was placed as I had yet to receive a shipping confirmation (order information indicated items would ship in 1-5 business days). The person who I spoke to let me know the order was due to ship out the day after tomorrow. I asked if there was a problem with the order and stated the expectation noted in the order information she said "Nope, is there anything else I can help you with today." apparently unconcerned that an expectation was being unmet. When I finally received my order (two area rugs) one has what appears to be a razor knife cut in the bottom and the other has what looks like a snag running down the middle of it. I would have attempted to get them replaced, but I needed them by a specific time. Considering the amount of time it took to get the first order I didn't have time to wait for replacements. Additionally, the nonchalant behavior of the "service" representative I spoke to did not give rise to any confidence that my business or satisfaction were of any importance. "
"NOT HAPPY--- With PHONE order and service, color of desk which was not stated, the quality, and it took 2 days to put it together. The arrows was marked wrong. I wanted a white white, desk, not gray white. I did not like the cracks on some of the panels. I am a senior and would not have been able to put it together. My son noticed lots of damage. He did put it together . I did get this on sale. It defiantly is not worth what is had been. I cannot believe the junk that is made for the money and then you have to put it together to enjoy it. Someone better give me a call . Being its the holidays, I was trying to fix up my house. Was so excited to buy a white desk especially as this was my Christmas present to me. I need someone to respond."
"I would give this company zero stars if I could. Nightmare to work with. They advertise "price matching" so I called to get a table price matched because they claimed to have it in stock over a company that was cheaper, but wouldn't get it in for 2 weeks. So I paid more for the convenience. Needless to say, It took 3 weeks to ship, and I stayed home today from work for the delivery. The wrong table was delivered and the customer service is rude and acts like my calling to fix this is an inconvenience to them. HORRIBLE. "

"I purchased outdoor rope lights. My order (and account) were accidentally charged twice and I am now being charged to return the item. I spoke with the supervisor at length and explained my situation, however she was unwilling to work with me.
Also, 4 of the light bulbs did not work after I hung up the lights...I am currently waiting to receive an email about replacement bulbs...I'm not too confident that I will receive them. "

"I purchased one Altea Graphite Tufted Linen Storage Bench, Bellacor Number: 1793370 . I just love it. It's a beautiful darker gray color. The top if tufted with matching buttons. Nice cushion, a bit stiff, but still comfortable to sit upon. Very classy looking. The top opens up about 3/4 of the way, then stays up while you place or retrieve something inside. I couldn't be happier with this purchase, especially for the price."

I also ordered a gorgeous blue vase. However, the vase arrived with a huge crack from top to bottom. I wanted to cry. I am currently awaiting my replacement. I know all will be fine in the end."

"I strongly urge you to not purchase anything from this company. The customer service is horrendous. I purchased candleholders from this company and they came damaged. I contacted them the day I received them and said they were damaged and was sent a return label. Once they received them back, they did not give me a full credit. When I called about this, they said that there was nothing in the notes that said the item is damaged and that I told them that it does not go with the decor. The person on the phone said that a manager took my return and she would have put notes in there if I told her it was damaged. Basically, they accused me of lying. Stay clear of this company."
"My $182.00 purchase was in the beginning a good experience, however when I spoke to Ms. T. Gardner( Customer service Supervisor) regarding a lesser priced item on a different site things went downhill. I provided the domain name and the significant price difference, and she initially dismissed me. After a second attempt she caved in but added a ten dollar service fee to the freight to return the item. I now decided not to do any business with this entity and am returning the entire order at their expense. Obviously Ms. Gardner has no focus on customer service. Remember " we are the paying consumers ", and thanks to social media we now rule."
