"We called to order a light over the phone on February 18th. The person taking the order double ordered the product. We called right back when we got the alert from our credit card company and after explaining the issue they cancelled the duplicate order. BUT THEY DIDN'T. A few days late I get 2 emails confirming 2 shipments of the same light. Call again and now it is all our problem. Have to wait for the lights to arrive. have to wait for them to authorize a return....Like they need to authorize a return for their mistake that the acknowledged as their mistake. Send the light back. It arrives on March 3rd and they say it will take 10 business days to process. I call they say it will be in my account on the 17th (That would have been the 10 days) it's not there. Call again on the 20th still processing be there 2 to 3 days it will be in the account. Guess what on the 23rd it's not there. Call again on the 23rd person tells me 3 to 5 business days. says it has been credited but will take that long for me to see it in my account. I have never had that happen before when people credit my card I see it the next day as pending. She said it was credited to the card on the 20th so I should see it. Don't know if I will ever see the money, but I can tell you I will NEVER use this company again. They have had my money for over a month because of their mistake."
"I was becoming discouraged in my search for a sturdy microwave cart that wouldn't break the budget. This one fills the bill. The microwave fits perfectly. The color is very close to our kitchen cabinets. The granite countertop doesn't match, but the microwave covers most of it, so we can live with that. The cart went together easily, and the wheels are very sturdy. At 100+ lbs., it is definitely sturdy enough to hold the microwave and other items. If I could change anything, I would offer a couple of options for the top, and make the drawer bottom a little thicker, but for our needs neither one was a deal breaker. Delivery time was awesome. I placed the order on a Tuesday, and it was delivered to our door the following Thursday."
"Bought Mission Chair and Ottoman. Have only built Mission Chair. One of the legs has two sharp objects protruding from the bottom (app 1/16 inch) that would have clearly ruined floor and carpet had I not caught it. Trying to fix it by covering it thick felt. Small rip on inside back piece (that will be covered up by cushion). Given your strict return policy, am trying to live with the deficiencies. Both defects could/ would have been caught by a quality assurance worker employed by your manufacturer.
Overall appearance mirrors advertised picture. Have yet to sit in chair. Hope all will be well with the ottoman."
"Item arrived on time. We opened the box and removed the table top and placed it face down on a rug as instructed. We removed the other items from the box and all looked well. We attached the legs, a shelf and braces as instructed but when we set the table up right there was a chip in one corner that was painted over and the dowel pins were not inserted straight so the top would not seal flush with the base. The supplier of this product (Holly and Martin) sure needs an inspector. The table is too heavy and large to send back. We will keep it and make do, but BUYER BEWARE! We will not use this company again. The only response from the company was asking for a rating. Well, you got it!"
"I ordered over a $1000 worth of lighting and chose the specific pieces based on a shipping estimate of 1-2 days so that I could meet a tight deadline. The items DID NOT arrive on time. When I contacted customer service they informed me that each fixture was hand painted to order so therefore the shipping estimate was a total fabrication. Additionally, they were at first unable to expedite the order and when I finally got someone to agree to expedite they wanted me to pay for it even though it was Bellacor that did not honor their own shipping estimate, meaning I bought the items under false pretenses. Furthermore, when the fixtures arrived, they were a different gold color than advertised and I had to pay my contractor to re-paint them as well as pay overtime so that they could be hung at the last minute due to the shipping delay. I would have preferred them to send the pieces to me unpainted and on time. This is a clear case of false advertising and ineffectual customer service and I will take my dollars elsewhere-- especially when you can get the same thing on Wayfair. "

"I ordered a mirror for my daughter's bathroom on January 13. It is now February 21 and we still have not received the mirror. I received an email stating that the mirror would be delivered on February 3. I contacted the delivery company after the mirror was not delivered and was told it was on it's way. I was finally able to set up a delivery for February 21 and the mirror was not delivered. I was not contacted by the delivery company and had to call them again. They were very rude about not delivering the order and gave me another date of February 23. The gentleman also made the comment "well, it's just a mirror". If Bellacor continues to use this company (Sekologistics), I will never place another order with Bellacor again!! We have ordered several items and this was the only time we've had this problem.
It would be nice to be able to rate the product, but we still don't have the mirror. We have been pleased with the other items we have ordered from Bellacor."

"I ordered two light fixtures for the bathroom my husband and I are remodeling. When I purchased the light fixtures from Bellacor, the estimated shipping date was two days. I ordered the fixtures early January. They informed me the fixtures would not be shipped until January 27. They were not shipped. I called and they told me the light fixtures were in the inspection process and would be shipped on 02/01. Two days later I received an email stating the light fixtures were out of stock and they could not ship them until 02/20. I promptly called and cancelled my order. The customer service representative did not even apologize for the poor service. I will never do business with Bellacor again. People order products to get work done and they have set us back on our remodel because they couldn't deliver as promised."
"I like shopping with Bellacor - they have a huge variety of products at reasonable prices. I also like the fact that they are a community based company (in Minnesota) with a customer service staff on site. Which means you can call them if there a problem and actually talk to a real person who actually knows something about the company and the products. Shipping seemed a bit slow, but i'd rather wait a bit then deal with a company that doesn't care about its employees."
"We ordered two individual lights from them from our dining room. The first chandelier we received was broken, so we figured we would order a different one. The second (different) chandelier was delivered, and THAT was broken as well.
To keep things short in the spirit of what has already been mentioned in previous reviews, I will reiterate HORRIFIC customer service. I am still waiting on return labels for both lights, and twice now I've received emails stating they will replace the lights and I have told them MULTIPLE times I want a refund!
In addition, I wrote an honest review of one of the lights and posted pictures, to prevent anyone else from buying it and they deleted my review!

"We bought 2 Nuvo Candice Chandeliers from Belabor,when they arrived and we unboxed them we made the mistake of hanging them before really taking a hard second look at them.Once they were up and we tried to install the 18 shades we noticed that the shades do not sit straight on the candelabra stems.There is no adjustment they just flop wherever they want and the only way I was able to make them sit somewhat straight was to cut pieces of cardboard to stuff in-between them on each and every shade.Then we noticed that the chandelier arms were crooked and of course there is no adjustment for them either!! So we called customer service and got Essence Shanklin and explained the whole set of problems to her including sending her pictures of both chandeliers and the cardboard stuck in the shades to make them sit straight.She took 3 days to get back to us with a ridiculous answer from the manufacturer that wasn't even an option to fix them.Essence said that Belabor would give us a 10% credit to keep the damaged chandeliers!!! How nice.
Ive emailed and called Essence four times now with no response.The worst customer service ever!! Essence needs to be fired!!!
